Katelin was very polite and very professional. She was very patient while I tried to reach Verizon to have my number transferred. She also helped get some AT&T numbers transferred as well.
I had some issues with the Verizon transfer, and it was very important to keep my same number because all my real estate advertising had this number. She never gave up and did everything to help make it possible. She was absolutely amazing with assisting me.
You should give her a promotion! She is the most polite, professional, and patient person I have encountered.

Yesterday I went to AT&T and talked to Ethan him a score of 1 because after I left my bill went up another twenty. Today Ethan called me and clarified that my bill didn't go up and he quoted the same price as last month. I really appreciate him calling me back to explain not too many companies do that. AT&T you picked a winner hiring Ethan. Thank you so much Ethan!!

Katelin M did such a great job assisting me with upgrading to a new phone! She was very transparent and honest in her assistance and easy to communicate with. Very busy but managed her time with a positive attitude! I’ve never had such a great experience at Litchfield’s ATT!

Ethan was such a big help. My son's phone stopped working and Ethan went over my options with me and actually managed to get me a pretty good deal and is even getting me set up with their home internet. He was very nice and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs assistance to stop in and see him

Omg! Best experience ever when it came to getting my new 16 pro max was THE best. Hannah and her staff are truly some good people to be around. Right off the bat I was greeted by EVERYONE🤩 and was told someone would be with me shortly and short it was; the staff was full of smiles and I love being able to sit in a clean environment & have good conversation while condoning business. AT&T Litchfield definitely has my heart when it comes to my phone and services. Thank you allll for being so helpful even with picking me out a pretty case (cause I’m picky😉) will always recommend you to everyone!!
