I would give Spears Title 10 stars if I could.I used Spears Title for the sale of my house. Their prices are more reasonable than paying the 2-5% realtor commission. I save nearly $4,000.00 in closing cost using Jacob at Spears Title in Litchfield.Jacob’s experience in this process was invaluable, he gave me all of the paperwork/contracts/advice I needed to sell my home myself. Jacob made this stressful process so seamless and so easy, he took the stress away from selling my house. Jake made the closing process so easy! As this was our first home, there were some questions that we had, and Jake made sure that he answered all questions we may have. He made the closing process go very smooth. We will definitely use Spears title again!
