I made my first review 4 years ago. This has been the usual spot for me. The first couple visits I had years ago had some hiccups and that's to be expected. Very nice atmosphere and they take appointments which is awesome.

How are they going to have a sign on the door saying by appointments only, then not answer the phone when I call 5 times. Even let it ring for 2 mins straight without them picking up or reaching a voicemail!

i personally love star nails but yesterday i came in and got a set of nails done paid $65 and i broke one accidentally so i called as soon as they opened and made an appointment to get my broken one fixed app was at 4:25 it is now 4:47 and 3 people have gotten to go before me and they didn’t even have appointments!!! not a good experience today update still haven’t gotten it fixed and 2 other people have gotten to go wth people

My first pedicure and I couldn't be happier. Made an appointment, they were extremely busy(holiday weekend) yet able to get my in on time. I enjoyed the environment. They lady who did my toes was gentle, had an ingrown nail and hardly felt her taking it out. She made sure that the pain was relieved before continuing. Very polite during the whole process. I will definitely be back!Service: Pedicure

This place is rude and do shotty work. Made an appt for 4 people (1 day in advance) and they cancelled it because I work and couldnt answer a call from an unknown number to confirm. They didnt mention that they would call and confirm when I made the appt (again 1 day before). We arrived for our appt only for them to say they cancelled it. Just rude and disrespectful. We traveled over 30 min for the appt. Will never return and would not recommend
