“I can’t recommend NM Auto enough! I got rear-ended during the last snowstorm, and they took care of everything — fixing my bumper perfectly and making sure the other driver would pay out of pocket. The work was excellent, and the staff was friendly, honest, and super easy to communicate with. They really go above and beyond for their customers. “This is my second time going to this location to get my vehicle repaired after being in an accident. It is a further drive but it is worth the time and longer drive because everyone here does an amazing job and I know when I’m leaving my vehicle here it is in GREAT hands!! They took care of both of my vehicles above and beyond cleaning and detailing it as well. The staff here is great, friendly and to sum it up they know what they are doing and go above and beyond for you. Scott Giles is my guy here, he made sure both of my vehicles were taken care of nicely each time I went there and even sent me pictures of how well he does his job painting, the guy is beyond great at his job and seriously is skilled at his role. The customer service here is great and it’s been an overall great experience compared to other places!! Thank you for always taking care of us!!”
