The associate Andi was a phenomenal help and answered every single question we had! The store’s inventory has also grown since we have last been and we were able to find everything we needed and then some!

Sarah was amazing. She even helped me on her own time to fix an order and shipping mix up as well as an exchange. Most places are a nightmare with customer service when things arise like this. Best customer service I’ve ver received!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever!!!!! I called to ask about different boots for my husband, they were extremely rude and barely helped me over the phone. When I went to the store the girl was horrible. So rude and mean and snotty. I asked her who ruined her day and why she had such an attitude and she said I did because I called them over the phone and asked about boots. And then she said oh your welcome I gave you the discount for your husband even though I wasn’t supposed to so your welcome. Who says that? Anyways we will never buy ANYTHING from them again. You have a job and can’t even act right. Oh well. Their loss.
Kim if you see please give me a call. I talked to the manager also… I’m shocked you have people like this working for you.

QRock a radio station that I listen to had a event at Blue Collar Supply Company which was in a neighboring town next to where I live. I met the owner Kim & a couple of her employees it was an awesome experience.They have 2 stores. They sell work clothes,boots,tools & safety equipment. Check them out.

Went into Blue Collar today around 2pm after work to spend a lot of money for new boots (250$+) and was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism from the lady behind the front counter. From the moment I stepped in the store I felt rushed. I grabbed a shirt and while I was then looking for boots the lady rudely said to let her get the shirt. I asked about the laces if they were long enough to wrap around the boot and again rudely responded (they should be). Had no clue about the warranty details on the boots when I asked and told me to call back tomorrow. As I was leaving with a bad taste in my mouth from the experience I noticed she rang up my shirt wrong for 24.99 when the tag said 18.99. When I went back in she was acting mad at me for her mistake! And even had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted the shirt. Of course I wanted the shirt, but I wanted it for the advertised price. I did like the store as they give me a 10% discount on certian things for being a union member. I will be skeptical about going back and will look for other options moving forward.
