Well let me just say….. I have been a customer of this State Farm Agency for many many years! TOTAL satisfaction ALWAYS! No matter what my question or concern happens to be…. Chris and Kevin ALWAYS take the time needed to either help or reassure me, and listen, and make sure I’m happy with my resolution or action needed ;) give them a call and you also will be glad you are part of this agency!!!!

I recently applied for an insurance policy for an older boat and an older boat motor that I had purchased from a neighbor. Initially I provided a wrong model number in part because it was hard to read. Kevin let me know and we were able to correct that. Also we learned that the hull number on the title was incorrect. Further investigation I found a Hull number on the boat and again Kevin made the appropriate corrections. This took several calls over about 4 days. Kevin always answered he always responded professionally and politely and he helped me through this situation so we can get this boat insured. He is definitely an asset to this office.

Home and Auto Insurance can be confusing (at least to me it is). Luckily for me, when I reached out to Chris Rose’s office, Kevin Giers was on the other end of the phone. He made the process straight forward and seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to give these guys a call if you’re shopping around for insurance.

Well, since then, I've found Chris Rose State Farm to be one of the fastest responding, most helpful, knowledgeable, problem resolving, and insanely patient insurance agents I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Chris is a down to earth person and dedicated family man! He's honest, trustworthy, understands how important customer service is, and knows how to provide the right coverage for the best price. I hit a deer on the way to work early in a morning. I called Chris when they opened and before I got off the phone with him everything was set up. The following day (Friday) the car was towed to the collision company and by Monday I got the call to confirm the vehicle was totaled. People I work with told me horror stories of waiting weeks or months to get to that point, and i found out within a week of the accident.
If I could put a banner on my car to help promote Chris I would. It’s hard to find a good insurance agent that really is looking for your best interests. As long as he’s around the area he’ll be my agent.

I am 46 years old. My parents were insured with Jerry LaPointe (I think that was his name) for as long as I can remember (probably since the 80’s, no joke). When Jerry retired Chris Rose took his book of business and my parents stayed on with him. My mom died in 2020 and when my dad called to tell them and make a change to the insurance, he promptly got a letter in the mail that now that my mom had passed, he no longer qualified for guaranteed renewal because she was the anchor of that benefit. Isn’t that a nice thing to send an insured when he’s grieving the loss of his wife and for all of their marriage, she was the person who handled these things?
As an insurance appraiser myself, I understand the WHY and explained it to him when his agent should’ve done that.
Then in 2023 my Dad died. I called to cancel his car insurance when I sold his car and when they asked why I said that he died. Do you know that they didn’t even apologize for my loss? It was just like another day of clicking a button and cancelling a policy. Then when I sold their house and cancelled the homeowners the same scenario repeated with no condolences.
Can you imagine inheriting a loyal book of business from a well established agent and not even being grateful or trying to get to know your insureds?
I’m insured with SF but our agent is in Elmhurst. On the rare occasion that I need to call in they ask how my family is, etc. If one of us died they would be concerned, shocked, etc.
Lack of care and compassion is my experience with this agent and his staff.
