If you are looking for a dedicated (to your needs), hard working and determined agent who will not give up until you sell or find that perfect buy, Joe skrezyna is your agent of choice. Right from the very beginning, Joe helped us prepare our home for sale. He answered all of our questions and concerns and made the whole process simple and easy, right down to the closing. We couldn't ask for a better agent. Thank you Joe!

In one statement, "Devotion thru our Journey".This is the experience everyone will encounter when using Denise Manning Realtor at Caldwell Banker of Lockport, Il. You will go from being strangers to adding her into the contact list of your smartphone, calling her the closest friend you can have. Thru thick and thin trials, ups and down of a roller coaster ride of getting our home ready for sale she always lifted our spirits up with compliments on our details and never left our side. We are true believers that certain people come into our lives for a reason. Honest, Devoted, Detailed, Awesome, Fantastic, and always willing to implement new ideas from the seller, Choose Denise as your next Realtor to sell your home!Thank you, Denise for what you do and have done for us as we take the next Journey of our life and now can call and make it reality.Love,Bruce and Mariella

We have sold and purchased several properties with Vickie McClusky. She is very patient and knowledgeable. We keep coming back because she is simply the best. Wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.

I have never felt more disrespected while looking for a place to live for my family. I had experiences with Melanie McClusky in Chicago, IL. She had us submit an application for leasing a unit and we offered asking price. This was on March 27. She then took application fees from both my fiancé and I- the amount of $80 the next day, March 28. We find out that on March 30, there's an open house with a price increase. The unit was never taken off the MLS. Despite all this, on April 1 she says we got the apartment. She says we will have the lease that day. After sending a confirmation regarding essential points highlighted for the unit along with confirmation of lease being sent on April 2, she decides to call at 8:30pm, 6 days after filling out the original application and said never mind, the owner changed his mind... NO explanation. So, essentially she gave us the run-around for no reason!! Why would you take fees and mislead us in such a unprofessional way? I'm disgusted at the stress she's caused my family. I believe these actions are a direct violation of the realtor code of ethics.
