I left my car with them to diagnose an air conditioning problem. They said the compressor needed to be replaced and it would cost $5000, this is 4 times what any other shop would charge. I declined the service, they told me my battery died in their shop and they had to put a new battery in it, they charged me $400 for it. I got home and popped the hood to see what I assumed would be a gold plated battery given the price, I found a dirty used battery. This shop was the best in town 20 years ago but they're awful now.

Joe replaced the brake system in a car I have owned for 48 years. It was a big job with every frozen bolt and cracked part you could imagine in a car that old. The brake now work beautifully and I can enjoy the ride!Service: Brakes

I called and inquired about getting a wheel alignment, oil change, along with two tires mounted. He quoted me $90 for the alignment, and $25 per tire. Upon arrival, he charged me a total of $288 for an alignment, two tires mounted and an oil change. He has hidden fees he does not inform his customer about. he didn’t even tell me my total until I read it off the screen as my debit card was being read. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. HES A SCAM.

I called with a roadside issue and he said three words that put me at ease "come on down".When I arrived he said four words that made me feel even better, " I can fix that ".This was great service and it was fast. The price was just right too.

I had the worst experience. I needed alignment & tie rods. He guestamated $170z. Calls me later on the day with all kinds of things he claimed I needed. He said it will be $830.00!!!! What!!’ Only really needed alignment & tie rods. Lessened learned. Should have taken to Amermex Motors in Joliet. They quoted $260. What a dummy I am. Never again!!!! Scammer!!!!
