We got Maverick in 2012 from kabeara thinking it would be great for our daughter to grow up with a puppy. We were right. Maverick moved on today and we said good bye. He has been the best dog anyone could ask for many times over. So sweet around our daughter when she was a new born and same around our son. Maverick wouldn’t hurt a fly, in fact he would play with anything that was alive. I know already how much we miss him but he had a great life and we had a great life with him. For 12 years he was so friendly to everyone, loved the whole family and was just the best dog. I would recommend purchasing from Kabeara and will do it again if we decide to. Thank you and RIP Maverick…

This is our second go-around as Samoyed owners and we can't say enough about the friendliness loyalty and beauty of the breed. Teresa, the owner of Kabeara Samoyeds, made AKC puppy ownership easy. She stands behind her word and the company's policies, and she made the transition for Sheba and for our family easy-peasy & comfortable. Her parting gift to Sheba is Sheba's favorite toy (see photo). If you're in Illinois and you're looking to own a healthy, vibrant Samoyed, Kabeara Samoyeds is the place to go.

My husband and I have purchased 2 pups from Kabeara Samoyed’s and have had an absolutely phenomenal experience both times! One is 5 years old and one is 8 months old. They are healthy, beautiful and sweet as can be! In both transactions Teresa was prompt and communicative. I even called her at a terrible hour not realizing our time difference and she was sweet to answer. The pups arrived in wonderful carriers with starter supplies and a health folder. We got our AKC papers as well. Teresa has wonderful and well-loved Samoyeds! Like her stickers say: I love my Samoyeds from Kabeara kennel!!! Excuse their dirtiness in the photo - they were playing in the dirt being the happiest dogs possible!

Kabeara has given me 3 decades of wonderful pups...Caesar, Suki and my Neeko. As Neeko is nearing his 10th birthday we once again find ourselves beginning the research time period for entering into the puppy stage. I hesistated, another big dog in my life (no longer 21!!) but I don't think I could last a day with out my Neeko. All my dogs have been extremely happy, healthy and a joy to our ever changing family. Now we have grandkids!!! Hoping to see puppies by Spring time 2024

Beautiful puppy, love him lots. When I went to pick him up, Ms Heaver told me that her Samoyed pups have no medical issues. Unfortunately my pup has cryptorchidis. If you don't know what that is, you aren't alone. I found out from the Veterinarian I took him to a few days post purchase. Cryptorchidism is a hereditary condition in which the male dogs' testicles stay inside of the dog and do not descend. This makes for a more complicated neutering surgery and if left untreated for long enough causes issues with mammory glands and cancers. Ms Heaver says she has never seen this before but has been in business for 45 years. The pup I purchased was 5 months old, so that's on me that I didn't check his testicles but a breeder would. Ms Heaver said that she didn't think to check them. She did say that she will pay for the nueter so that is something. I just have to wonder why this was not disclosed.

Wow! This is the very definition of a puppy mill! Our family visited a few years ago to see the pups, the kids were visibly shaken after seeing the dogs in stacked cages in the adjoining room. When we asked to see the mother, the owner brought her out, and she was covered with her own excrement. The puppies of course are adorable, as all Samoyeds are, so I thought we would have a hard time with our children saying no, but they surprised us and said we cannot support this woman and this puppy mill. We had to search but found a wonderful breeder and are a happy family with a healthy Samoyed!

Got my puppy when it was 9 weeks old and waited until her first vet visit (12 weeks old) to give my review, as the 1 star reviews were about poor dog health. Great news is that all her results showed that she was in excellent health condition!Teresa was also very helpful, kind, and informative. I would say the hardest part was going in person to choose the pup I wanted, once I had all 4 options playing right in front of me as they were all adorable. Ended up choosing the one that kept coming to me with a toy. Would definitely get another pup in the future from her and recommend to my friends and family.

We love our new puppy. Teresa has been breeding samoyeds for 40+ years and is very nice and knowledgeable. Our male puppy came from a champion bloodline and is very calm and sweet. Best behaved puppy I’ve ever seen!

We got our beloved Koa from Teresa about 10 years ago. He passed in December 2022 being diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis. Koa was a therapy dog 6 out his 10 years life. He was a gentle soul and we missed him everyday. Just got our second pup from Teresa on Valentine's Day. Very satisfied indeed. He is super sweet and smart. We just got him for 4 days so far, we are very impressed. Showed him the doggy door 3 times, and he got it! Took him for his first physical yesterday as the Vet is our friend. Result as expected. Perfect health. Thank You Teresa. You certainly deliver what you promised. If anyone have any doubt, I would be more than happy to speak to them about my experience. You can give them my number. We are looking forward spending years of quality time with our boy Koda.

We visited Teresa’s facility back in March when we were looking to get a puppy. Her facility was clean and the dogs looked happy and well cared for. We were interested in a female puppy and was placed on a wait list until a litter was available. Teresa was very professional and informative on the breed and answered all of our questions. We picked up our puppy in September and she has been such a wonderful addition to our household! The advice she gave on care has been very useful and we cannot be happier!

My Koda is 15 months now, Teresa was amazing. We are so happy with our Samoyed. Do not believe with the review of others, I am not sure if they even got a samoyed from Teresa .
