this place is terrible terrible terrible once my video gets leaked out of my dog visit with them getting neutered. I had a camera on his jacket you can’t really see very well cause they bald up my dog’s leather jacket and put it in a bag, but I could hear the police are doing investigation Don’t not bring your dog there.

Worst animal hospital we have been to. It starts with unfriendly, snotty staff at the front desk. Nurses seem nice, but doctors have no bedside manners and are very cold. Also waiting times are off the chart. Every single time we have been here, we waited over an hour to even be called into a room and then additional time until a doctor comes to see you! And that is WITH an appointment. They also don’t take walk ins and have very limited weekend coverage too. If you decide to come here, be prepared to deal with unfriendly staff and bring lots of time, since you’ll be waiting all day!

I been going there with my dog for 10 hrs unfortunately he passed away I went to the facility to take his name off the mailing list do you think I get sorry or anything No I will not take another animal there again

I went here because my veterinarian of many yrs, Dr Joe DeMoor is now practicing here. I have heard wonderful things about Dr. Caffarini for yrs thru friends. And it was a pleasure meeting him as well. From my 1st call, I was greeted warmly by Janice. I had a great experience here. I'm so pleased Dr. DeMoor is now practicing at Lockport Animal Hospital. All the staff is wonderful, caring & compassionate. I highly recommend them. I felt like family from the minute I walked in the door. And I am very choosy over my pets Healthcare providers!! If your looking for Dr. DeMoor & an amazing staff, look no further! I'm happy to know if Dr DeMoor isn't available, I have total confidence in Dr. Caffarini!!

I have been seeing Dr. DeMoor for 13 or so years now and I have never felt more lucky to have found someone like him. A good vet is hard to find. He is not only compassionate, honest and personable, but very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Will always be seeing him whenever I am in need of guidance for my critters. He will always keep you informed and armed with all information. The hospital is a beautiful facility with wonderful staff. I have never had a bad experience with anyone there. Highly recommend as a practice overall.

affordable and helpful but be mindful because I could have been saving money and time getting my dog's prescription in full instead of in 15 day increments.

My 13 yr old dog needed to see a doctor asap and my current veterinary clinic couldn’t see her. Lockport Animal Hospital was able to see her and diagnose her issue with care and kindness.

Review by Paul - not Joy.
When we first adopted our Brittany we were told by a friend to go to a place in Crestwood rather than taking her to a vet just a few blocks away. We've made that trek for years only to have an urgent situation where they told us that we can't bring her in for at least 10-days and that we should just go with urgent care. Yeah - we don't a spare $800 sitting around.
My wife contacted Lockport Animal Hospital and we were able to get in within a few hours and meet with Dr. Joe DeMoor. I like Dr. DeMoor. Knowledgeable, professional, and created a sense of calm for both me and my girl. I'd like to have a beer with the burly bearded dude (go ahead staff - have fun with that nickname). The facility is clean and professional. All staff seemed very nice and helpful.
Dr. DeMoor helped my Brittany out and got her back to full strength within a few hours. I am extremely happy with Lockport Animal Hospital and Dr. DeMoor for taking a new patient in and taking very good care of her. They have earned our loyalty and business.
