This was my second time here and I was very unhappy about my pedicure and manicure. The colors didn't match or were even close when I wanted the same color on my nails and toes. The first time I went I was so happy with How Ryan did my nails. I will only return if he is the one to do my nails

I just wanted to share my experience with Tom. I wasn’t going to be able to make it on time before the closed to buy a gift card for a friend. I called and asked if I can please buy the gift card and he can leave it outside. He was hesitant because he didn’t want anyone to take it. I ended up buying the gift card and Tom placed it outside so I can pick it up. I absolutely love that we still have exceptional customer service. Thank you Tom!!

WOW! It was my first time here today and I finally found a GREAT nail salon! The owner was calling everyone by name, which I love!!! The woman Vicky who did my nails did AN AMAZING JOB!!! This is my new spot!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

10 STAR service from my favorite nail salon 🤍 absolutely love them! 🕷️ I’ve been coming to them for a few years and this is my go to salon. Never left disappointed no matter what idea I had in mind ! Everyone there is so nice! They actually care and make conversation with you!

This place is top notch. Tom is fabulous and his team is amazing. They take good care of you and make you feel like family. Everyone does a great job and wonderful customer service. I drive 45mins to get great care and it's worth it. Everyone needs to know about this hidden gem!

It's 10a.m 1 person waiting. The moment I walk through the door they ask what I want.I tell them he tells me it's going to be a long wait ma'am. No time about how long it's going to take or whether or not if I'm even willing to wait.Yes it's going to be a long wait ma'am. I read other reviews about them not wanting to service everyone but I thought I'm from out of state, they are close I'm going to give them a try anyway. I find it To be true they mat not want to service everyone.

Stylist: I don't know what her name was, but she didn't act like she wanted to do my no chip and manicure.
She did not cut or push back the cuticles.
The polished result was bad. She did not polish some areas on some of my nails.
I also had to ask her to trim the nails that were much longer than the others.
I had heard so many positive things about this nail spa and I was so disappointed.

I went here for nails, feet and eyebrows and got rushed out saying they’re too busy to service me.
It was three people ahead of me…… this is not the first incident.. I truly think they don’t prefer people

ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NAILS! I came with a reference pic and they delivered! These are my Bach nails and I can’t wait to show my girls! They also stayed open past close for me so I can get my nails done just in time 💙
