Made an appointment online and was there 10 minutes early to check in, took me right away and was in and out no waiting! Would definitely recommend CVS minute clinic instead of waiting in an immediate care forever. Everyone was nice and cared about what was going on.

Feeling horrible for days, decided I needed the help of a professional. Booked an online appointment and everything was so simple and smooth. Kylee was the nurse practitioner who met with me. She was amazing from being to end. A quick diagnosis, meds ordered, instruction on how and when to take them. General info on things to do to help me feel better quicker. I can’t say the visit fell short in anyway. I would recommend the Lockport IL location to anyone in need of “non emergency” type care.

the practitioner was extremely rude to me the two times that i have gone to the minute clinic. She seemed so annoyed that i was even there, and she kept getting snippy with me each time i had asked a question. I totally understand being tired and having a long day but it does not give her the right to take it out on me. She basically wanted to pacify me and just told me to go to the ER. She was super rude, even the person that had gone with me to this visit had told me the same thing. I put in a review a while ago but i do feel like this needs to be known, even though im genuinely not the type to write a complaint. I felt like she wasn’t taking me seriously at all and was just trying to get me out. Her attitude was almost baffling.

The minute clinic was awesome! The doctor and nurse were able to help us quickly and prescribed what my son needed right away! Great value when done with insurance as well!

Recently had my first appointment at a CVS Minute clinic and The nurse practitioner was excellent. Very professional. Explained everything so I could understand. Was very pleasant. Will definitely use Minute clinic again.

Blair, Paula NP is an exceptional provider! She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I really felt involved in my care and we also had personal conversations together. Besides being sick, I really enjoyed my visit.

First of all I have to say this was the best medical experience I have ever had. Including doctor’s offices and hospitals. Jennifer Clements took care of me and she was incredible. I wasn’t feeling my best and she was so sweet and funny and made me feel a lot better in the 23 minutes that I was there. She did anything she could to make sure I was at ease about my situation. Her bedside manner is something I wish I could see everywhere. 100% will come back here if I can see her.

Cvs minute clinic won't answer the phone. Tried to set up appt online & won't let me pick the immunizations I need. Went inside & nurse was Mia. Tried to set up appt on their computer & it won't complete the appt.

I arrived for my appointment, and Kylee was the nurse practitioner that saw me. She brought me back right away after I checked in. She was very friendly and able to address my concerns quickly and efficiently. I would definitely come back here.

Kylee was the NP there today. She was ready for me before appt time, was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, & efficient. I have never been in any urgent care before & was quite impressed with care & concern. Such a blessing in Homer Glen/Lockport area. Highly recommend.

Went for an ear cleaning. I was having trouble hearing and was not able to resolve the problem with OTC remedies. The NP's working here were able to get me in quickly and my hearing is back to normal!

Walked in for a simple examination saw three people standing around not doing anything and yet they told me they were all booked up and couldn't see me????
