“Heard grinding pulling out of Target on 59. Wheel bearings were completely shot. They replaced them fast and the car instantly sounded better and felt smoother. Appreciate how transparent they were about pricing, what had to be done and what could wait.”
“Absolutely the best experience ever getting an Oil change. Extremely professional, & courteous staff. I arrive 30 minutes before closing and was not rushed and treated fantastic. The entire facility, shop bays, car repair area, as well as front office/customer lounge is immaculate. They didn't push extra products but pointed out what my vehicle needed and when. I had an oil change,and left paying much less then Jiffy Lube and truly had a great experience. They respect people's time and had me in and out of there extremely fast. Super pleased! “I bought 4 firestone destination MT tires.
They gave me the best price. I called around first, and I decided to go with them. Glad that I did, they got me the tires faster than anybody else and installed them with ease very quickly.
They balanced the tires better than all the other shops.I went to through the years.I can clearly feel the way the truck drives on the highway.Especially considering it has mud tires. They've definitely earned my trust and will definitely use them in the future..
One other thing forgot to mention they got me. The white wall tires with the raised white letters. Other places told me it would take a week because it was special order.
I guess it really wasn't a special order with tire tricks.”

11/12/2025 Five Years Later
I've been coming here for 5 years, getting my F-150 washed. I have the monthly subscription, was getting everything but the triple foam and wax. Well last year I was upgraded to the plan that included everything but the wax and I'm grandfathered in at the same great price. I get a great car wash, even on crazy busy summer days, I'm in and out with a great wash. The people inside are helpful too! I'm sending my teenage son in to hopefully get the monthly subscription and have the same great experience that I've had the last 5 years. Thanks to everyone at Jack's Car Wash for guiding me in. Thanks to everyone in the office for your help when I had a guestion. Thanks, Jack, for all the amazing washes! ?”
“The Lemont Jiffy Lube location did an excellent job on my oil change. This was one of the better experiences I’ve had at a Jiffy Lube in my 25 years of oil changes. There was a young motivated staff that clearly explained everything and did all of the vehicle checks that should go with a Jiffy Lube oil change, but does not often happen. I highly recommend this location!”

“This place has gone downhill since my last visit. The entrance to the customer waiting area is an accident waiting to happen. The price has increased significantly used to be right around 60 now more like 90. Would recommend management clean up the entrance to the waiting area before an elderly person or a kid slips or steps on something and is injured. Maybe empty the trash in the waiting area for a 90 oil change I would expect much better”

“I didn't plan on going there yesterday but turns out I left my lights on in my car while my husband went in to fill water jugs. It had just started snowing and I was in the car with my 3 year old toddler and 3 month old baby. They tried to jump my car and it wasn't working, I had both kids going nuts, both myself and my husband had just come off 12 hour shifts and hadn't slept. The guy who was helping us out ended up having to use his car to jump ours after trying 2 other jump starters. Seriously it was a HUGE help and cannot express how grateful we were to have their help.”
