As a small business owner my self I think they handled themselves very professionally they didn’t kiss ass but they shouldn’t respect is mutually earned not given I’ve had kids running around stores with parents who let it happen and complain if they break something that they shouldn’t have to pay , some stove and product finishes can surprisingly be damaged by just a touch the oils on our hands can discolor the finish should have worded the response better though in my opinion to the comment but I understand the frustration”

My boyfriend and I called To see if we could stop in about selling an e-bike. We knew we were going to be close on time and they said as long as we got there before 5 it was okay. I walked To the door at 4:59pm which the clerk knew was going to happen because we told him our ETA. It was looked and everyone was ready to go. As someone who’s worked with pawn shops and in retail this is so unprofessional. Any store I’ve managed was unable to lock their door before the closing time. Even if it was a minute before closing we had to take the customer. When I knocked on the door they basically ignored me and continued closing. I wouldnt Have loaded this heavy bike into my truck and wasted the gas if the clerk would’ve been upfront and honest.”
