Went to drop off a package for my business and specified told male employee with glasses that an Amazon label could not be covered. He told me he would cover it regardless. When I suggested he not cover it he refused service and cursed me out. He should probably be fired. This happened on 8/25/23 at around 4pm. Management needs to do better with hiring.

Don’t even bother with this location, male employee with glasses does not take instruction. They think they know better and customer service is the worst I have ever seen.

they are the best I needed logos printed for my semi trucks they were able to help me out the lady behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to help me I truly thank her for her knowledge and understanding

Bill at the Lockport Il FedEx located in Walmart is knowledgeable, kind and helpful.He made the experience painless and went out of his way to assist me.He is an asset to your corporation. Rarely do you find such effecient and kind customer service.He actually cares.Thank You Bill!

Today I met Bill at the FedEx Kiosk in the Lockport, IL Walmart. He gave customer service like I have RARELY experienced before. I was a retail manager for about 25 years and I would have considered myself EXTREMELY lucky to have had an employee like Bill. He knew his job as though he had been doing it all his life. He took care of EVERY detail, explained EVERY condition and process. At the end we were talking about residential versus business delivery- my customer prefers to receive his product at his home- and I thought it would be less expensive if he would receive it at his shop. Bill offered to check this in the system but I said don't bother- I thanked him & left. He called me on the way home to say that he had run the numbers and that there would have been no difference in price. The "Extra Mile" is where this young man LIVES! Do yourselves a favor and promote Bill to Asst District Mgr, or Trainer. This kind of service is UNHEARD OF in our culture these days. Thank You Bill!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had an issue every time I try to ship something here. They do not care about customers, only about getting you out of their store as quick as possible. That's not even factoring in their extremely slow service times.

Donna was a star player helping me ship my expensive return back to GameStop without worry! I had trouble printing the label at my house and she was able to print it out and have it ready for me when I got there, she also told me about the tracking and policies on items like mine being shipped through FedEx. All in all excellent experience, and very speedy!! Will be back anytime I have to ship something!
