I found Showanda through a Google search and decided to give her a try — I’ve been going to her ever since! She is hands down the best nail tech I’ve ever had. Not only is she incredibly nice and welcoming, but she’s also extremely knowledgeable about nail care and always takes the time to explain things if I have questions. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she’s very efficient with her time. I used to struggle with polish chipping just days after a manicure, but since going to Showanda, my polish lasts for weeks. I always leave loving my nails. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality, long-lasting results from someone who truly knows her craft!

I found this place by googling nail salons near me and saw all the five star reviews so decided to schedule an appointment. I also saw it was a black owned business which was different from the other salons listed and definitely knew I should check it out. You can only book appointments online and Showanda’s the owner and only nail tech. The deposit is reasonable and all the rules are listed on the website in a very transparent manner. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and told to choose my color. She’s very honest and helpful when it comes to nail care and styling, and she constantly checks in on you during the process. Even offers snacks and drinks during the service! She takes her time with the nails and it was nice to have a one on one manicure experience. She’s very friendly and confident in her work. I would suggest to either soak your polish off before going or go to the shop an hour earlier which Showanda was super nice about. The price is a little higher than other salons in the area but very fair for what you receive/transparent based on what’s on her website. The deposit is also applied to the payment. I would’ve stayed for a pedicure but I will definitely be going back!

Showanda was so kind, and so educational about how to better care for my nails! Will definitely be back with some length for those acrylics! Seriously, 10/10. Professional, personable, funny, and incredibly helpful.

Showanda is INCREDIBLE. Her attention to detail and her hospitality make her stand out from any other nail salon I’ve been to. She took me in right before I left for a bachelorette weekend and I had no hope for my nails, but she took the time to make them look fabulous and make sure I liked them too. She truly made me feel like a human being rather than just another customer. Definitely recommending her to everyone I know and hoping to go again soon!

I have never been to a nail salon were person actually love what they do. Showanda Is so passionate about her work. She really cares about the service she Gives Great Advice For taking care of your hands/feet. She is very neat & takes her time to make sure The job Is one well. You get what u pay for. An let me tell you she was well worth it. I will Be back.

Best no-chip manicure I have ever gotten and I’ve been getting them done for years! I had my first manicure from Showanda a few weeks ago before my wedding and she did an amazing job! Now, I’ll never go to another nail salon again. My no-chip lasted 3 weeks and I could have gone longer, but I was just excited to get them done again. Showanda’s attention to detail and welcoming personality are just a few of the reasons I highly recommend her! Showanda is amazing! She was so incredibly wonderful for my 91 year old mother-in-law in law. So gracious and patient along with doing a masterful job. She showed anyone she could stop her beautiful pink toes and pretty nails for weeks!My no-chip manicure lasted three weeks plus for a trip to CA for a family wedding. It has always been a great experience with every visit. My review is long overdue.

I went here for the first time yesterday to get a no chip gel manicure and pedicure for my vacation. I chose here, because of the reviews. I was very, very pleased with how it all turned out! This was by far the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I will not go anywhere else again! Wanda is an artist and a perfectionist! She took her time. The shop was beautiful. I can’t believe how affordable it was in comparison to the amazing quality I received!She did a traditional pedicure with an accent nail and a gel manicure with 2 different types of accent nails on each hand. She took her time with my feet. I received a hand massage, arm massage, foot massage, and leg massage. Incredible all of the way around! I’ve finally found my go to nail salon! I had my nails done for my upcoming wedding and they’ve NEVER looked this good. Showanda was incredibly thorough in making sure I was happy, I went in with an idea but ended up letting her do her thing and I’m beyond happy. She’s got a customer for life!
