Finally this store has a great manager! Jayce made upgrading multiple phones today a breeze. Went above and beyond getting me great deals and even saved me a ton of money on my monthly bill! She was still working on my account well after I left the store. Only location I’ll go to from now on. More than highly recommended

Had a very pleasant shopping experience today. The manager, Jayce, was so helpful, enjoyable, and kind. She helped us through issues we were having and went above and beyond to get us into the product we were looking for.

I've NEVER had a smooth experience here. Last week I came in to turn in our phone for help with an insurance claim. Great news! We were told that our phone actually was under warranty. Wonderful. We came in a few days later (it took a little longer than expected - ok) The associate then told me that there are no notes of me coming. However, the replacement that was processed was infont of him and the associate who ordered it for me was right next to us. He then he said it isn't a warranty issue, and took a picture of our phone and sent it to his district manager. I was told that I had to call another number to handle the situation. He made me feel as if my integrity was being questioned.

Worst place to go, I wait over 1.5 hour and no one was there to help me, there was 6 costumes and one guy over the counter, he was just telling me that he's almost done, and there is a merger coming with help, waist of time, if you want to spend your whole life to wait this is the place.... worst costumer care ever!!!!

Worst phone company ever. Look out for there one time only charges they don't tell you about. Every month my phone bill went up and I had unlimited service. Screw them I changed service.

I live closer to 2 other Tmobile stores. I've been going here instead for many years. The members that work here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

I have been a customer with T-Mobile for almost 10 years… I only have 1 line and ended up getting charged $191 after I upgraded my phone. The rep offered a BOGO free line and it said won’t increase my bill at all but it did. I was charged for 3 lines and they put additional insurance on a line that did not have a phone connected. So when I walked into the store to correct the adjustments the store manager told me “there’s nothing I can do so you need to call customer service because you were scammed and you didn’t read the paperwork when you signed.” It’s funny because I went to Romeoville tmobile and they said to come to Lockport because they will help you fix your mistakes and he did not even TRY to help. So we walked into Verizon and they were able to lower our bill down almost $100..

Full disclosure I did not want to switch to T-Mobile. I was forced to switch to T-Mobile when Sprint in T-Mobile merged.I went into this Store on one occasion.for a phone upgrade.The young lady who was working there at the time, Charlie,Said that they had a deal. I could get 2 smart watches for free. I just had to pay for the service. I was not interested in getting watches but since they were free. I got one for myself and one for my son. 2 months later when I looked at my bill. I realized that I was being charged for the watches. I brought this up with the store and they said that there was nothing that they can do about it and that Charlie didn't work there anymore. They said I had to resolve this with T-Mobile. The store was unwilling and unable to help me resolve this. T-Mobile customer service also could not help me and said that this was a store issue. Bad store dishonest employees.

Awful customer service and the attitude of the rep (s) was appalling.Went to have phone looked at for a 3rd time of network issues. Door was locked when I got there and had to wait for someone even though hours stated it should be open (10:45am)Clearly already having a bad day, Vanessa took my phone and said she'll do whatever she can on her end and that's all she can do.When I told her "please don't tell me I need a new phone because that's not an option" she put the phone down, told me she didn't need my sass and kicked me out because I was being "discretionary". Someone should probably explain to her what that word means.The other rep in there was just as nasty and said she'd call the police if I didn't leave. When I asked for what since I literally did nothing wrong and she just kept saying to leave.T Mobile, I have a business account which will be taken elsewhere. Oh btw... I took video because I had no idea where this was going.When I left, a customer who had witnessed this pulled up behind me and said he can't believe that just happened to me and made a couple other statements that I can't repeat. Long story short, DO NOT go to this store, they are awful.
