Went there once, and they charge twice as much for vape fluid. They open the box and sell them individually when WISE GUY VAPES down the road sells them half the price. Went there a second time, and they rounded up my total. It was 18.24 and they said '20 bucks', making me tip them. There won't be a third time. Suck less

Sold me a faulty vape that’s supposed to have 4,000 puffs in it on Sunday. It’s now Tuesday, the thing is dead so I went to this shop where I bought it from and was told there’s nothing at all they could do. Explained to the man working the counter that this came highly recommended from another employee which is why I bought it and he couldn’t have possibly cared less. Actually rolled his eyes at me.For the record, I usually buy Posh XL’s with 3,500 puffs and those last me nearly two weeks so it’s not like I went through it in two days. They just sold me a defective product and wouldn’t replace it when it wasn’t my fault it didn’t work.They’ve also replaced vapes for me in the past that were defective so I’m not sure if policy changed, but it feels super unfair to replace it several times before and then not replace it this time.

Definitely a 5 ⭐ smoke shop! Never bought a bag of stale tobacco there. Always have great items in stock and the prices very good too. Something for your pets too? Can't say enough about everyone that works there, not only great customer service but very caring.

My husband recently got a hookah as a gift, but didn’t know how to put it together or what he needed to enjoy it. He called Tobacco & Vape and spoke to Mo. Mo was told us to bring it in and he will put it together for my husband and tell us everything we needed to start enjoying our hookah. We went into the shop and right away Mo put our hookah together for us and walked us both through everything we would need and was so extremely passionate with answering all our questions. We will definitely be coming back for all our hookah needs. Thanks again Mo for all your help and knowledge about hookah.

Worst customer service! Bought a vape pen last week... pen went out! Came back to the store and he said it was nothing they could do because the pens break fast.. but he NEVER mentioned that when I bought it! Horrible!
