I was just in to drop off a prepaid package, and a very irate man was in front of me raising his voice at the associate because he (the customer) didn't know how to send an email with his return code in it as he didn’t have a printer at home to print himself, as if that was the associates fault. The associate was trying to walk him through the process, but the man was having none of it. I have to give credit to Ryan, the associate, for handling himself very professionally and composed. The way this man was speaking to Ryan, I would not have been as nice as Ryan was. As I left, the man threw his package on the counter behind him and proceeded to cuss about Amazon. These workers don’t deserve this. Kudos to Ryan and his coworker for being so kind.

I have never seen a mail carrier misdeliver so many packages in my life. Every delivery driver they send here must be drunk or overworked. I had to make a UPS account to specifically redirect every package to my local UPS store. Most recently, I got an email saying the sender didn't allow me to redirect a $300 package so they had to deliver to our apartment complex and required a signature.
As expected, the day of delivery, I get an email that the package was delivered despite me never signing for anything. The package was nowhere to be found. They didn't even upload a picture to show they tried.
I have provided a photo of our address number. Please tell me if I'm being unfair.

I was at UPS store in Lockport yesterday and the staff went above and beyond helping me. I truly appreciate it. Any time I go there the staff is pleasant and super helpful! Thank you!

I'm here a lot, mostly use the self service counter which is great to have. Staff is always friendly. Store is clean. Thank you, UPS!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Go to the one in New Lenox
instead. Went in the store and they wouldn't help me with my 5 plus amazon returns. They told me to self service on the machine. I don't get paid.to do their job. If I had 1 item that would be okay. I also didn't have my glasses with me so couldn't see the screen. I had to keep asking questions. 2 men there who wouldnt check my amazon packages out. They need to hire more customer oriented people rather than those 2 young men.

Must give praise and massive thanks to the Lockport UPS store employees. Each and every time I’m in there (quite often) I receive the utmost friendly professional caring customer service. Each employee I’ve encountered has been patient, friendly and helpful. Thank you.

If you want to self print do not go here. They have the printers up front as if you can but they require you to hand over what you want printed to someone at the counter to print from the back. Anything you have on a USB drive or memory card could be saved on their computer or printed duplicates of. Social security numbers, bank statements, anything sensitive is at risk. And even if you decide to hand over your security to a UPS employee it’s not as if there’s anyone there inspiring confidence in your decision. The place is staffed accordingly with what I can assume are minimum wage employees, which is fine for operating a point of sale and weighing packages.

Not really sure what's going on with this UPS store but their prices are very different. They quoted me $100 dollars to ship a package to Canada... Went to a Staples... $30 bucks for the same package...via...UPS. months ago shipped a package from a UPS store on Harlem and touhy... $120 to Canada... This store would me over $300 bucks... Both times I asked if that was their cheapest option and they said yes.

Awful, awful! Delivered a package that was supposed to go to Plainfield to Lockport. Took a photo—too bad this only verifies that it was not our house, then claimed that they dropped it off to "some" house. Nice to see that this is what delivery services have come to. As long as it's dropped off at some house, it's all good.
