Atm doesn't work. Takes your pin number. Then immediately kicks you off. No wonder people are leaving us bank.

This location is very dated. The ATM is a hit or miss and the inside has a smell too it. They definitely need a refresh and remodel other then that the staff are alright on their good days.

I've deposited three cashier's checks at this branch over the past 10-12 weeks. No issuses with the first two. I got a hold notice for a week on the third check. When I asked why the hold both staff said it was standard procedure to hold all checks. When I stated they didn't put a hold on the previous two checks then their story changed to, "It's the system." I find that convenient for them since I can't ask "the system" why the hold. Mind I'm not concerned about the hold, I just wanted to know why. If you want straight answers maybe take your business elswhere.Edit as of 9.13.22--contacted the 800# that was provided in the response. And guess what customer service said? "It's the system." Amazing and easy excuse to give a customer. One star for the bank and one star for customer service. If "the system" flags something shouldn't there be a reason? Guess not at US bank.

I called here to ask to speak to someone in the loan department. The lady said how can I help you, I stated is this the loan department she said no I can help.. So I proceed to ask her about the max pay for a personal loan. The lady replied $5000, I said no thats not true she said yes it is. I told her I took out a personal loan for $×××××. She said that's with collateral. I stated no its not she said hold on. She gets back on phone and say the limit is $25,000 for personal loan, but she said it with an attitude because she found out she gave me false information and had no idea what she was talking about. This is for the lady at that branch I dont know her name but, next time someone ask to speak to someone in a certain department just transfer them instead of giving false information.

Terrible service.. don't use this bank if you need to get things done in a timely manner. I've never waited so long just to simply take money out of the bank. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Edit: their phone number goes right to voicemail. They can't even answer the phone.. that says something about how poorly this branch is run.

US Bank in general has turned into a joke. Branches are closing down left and right. There 800 customer service doesn't know which ones are open or what their crazy new hours are. Just found out my branch was closed for a week and half do to staffing issue and this week the manager is on vacation.Their customer service was always below industry standards and now its even worse.Going to Chase......

28 minutes waiting in line at the drive through. You need to be better staffed. Time to go to Chase Bank where I'm not sitting in line for almost 30 minutes.

I had an issue with my first direct deposit into my new checking account and I was not getting the right help from the 800 number. I called the local branch and Marcy went above and beyond to help me and solve the problem.
