why is it every time I drop a prescription off it is filled wrong or lost. I wish my insurance allowed me to go somewhere else.

Pharmacy is the worst ever, Inquires are regarded as annoying, they act like customers are a pest. Ahlam in particular had me go back and forth to 2 registers, then got angry when I wanted to put my phone number in for my points. Not worth it to me, got another walgreens within 5 miles, I'll pay the extra county tax to be treated better.

a truly terrible pharmacy. I called in a prescription and got calls, texts, notifications, and emails that it was ready for pickup. I headed to the drive thru lane on my way home from work a few days later so I didn't forget later on. I usually go inside but there were only two cars in line so I didn't think much of it. The wait took 45 minutes but I figured they were just busy so I was patient. I finally get to the window and they ask for my name, and then another 10 minutes later they come back to say they're out of stock of my prescription. HUH?!? i have been getting all these notifications from the last three days that it was ready to be picked up and now magically it's out of stock - now I've wasted almost an hour waiting for something that they never had. I'm lucky I was planning ahead for my birth control and I don't actually need it refilled for another week... I hope this doesn't happen to anyone who really needs their medication!!!

The most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. They treated my 70 year old husband like a Jack azz Having him come to the pharmacy multiple times in one day to pick up a prescription they said they didn't have in stock although text messages said the medication was available for pickup. Last month when he picked up his prescriptions the pharmacist actually told him " he was lucky" she got it ready for him. I'm going in store to get her name and I'm writing to the licensing board of Illinois.

I would also give negative stars if possible. Rx called in by Dr and when I went to get it ( 4-5 days later) they said they needed to order it. WHAT??? NOONE THOUGHT TO ORDER IT OR CALL ME TO SAY THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT UNTIL I WENT TO PICK IT UP? Definitely pay attention to all the negative reviews. Those that give positive feedback are very lucky ( or perhaps they are the rude employees who want to keep the job that let's them be rude to the customers). Non pharmacy employees are fantastic!

This has to be THE slowest pharmacy in THE WORLD! They all seem to be wandering around and one person is actually working with lines 4-5 deep in both lanes of the drive thru. I waited 30 minutes to get the prescription they had already messed up once.

They have been very solid through the 30 or so years at old and new location. Had to pick up script for wife after getting some new insurance info to pharmacy. They stumbled around for about 15 minutes and found 4 scripts that had been filled in the last 2 hours. Pharmacy floor looked organized as a college dorm room full of stoners. Four or five young ladies working and generally handling their business. Only about 2 or 3 customers in line as I sat and waited for the treasure hunt to be completed. Drive up was closed and I guess has been due to "staffing". Thet really weren't that challenged, but I know that 4-6pm window can get dicey. Wondered if corporate gave ok for drive-up to be closed for extended time especially in this new period of covid threat and not to mentioned elderly with mobility issues. Time to look for new pharmacy after 30 years. CVS or Jewel Osco this place sliding quickly maybe corporate will bring in management with some stronger skills.

Every time I try to get my scrip, I get a notification saying their having issues of not able to refill them and when I go there they say yes they can fill it. Then again I got the same message today and tried calling and was on hold for 29 minutes to then get hung up on then when I called back and waited again for 34 minutes the answering machine came on that they were on a meal break. So I waited and called later and waited for 41 mins till the point, I drove there while on hold and walked in to see they were not busy with 8 people working and got attitude from the pharmacy rep saying they were short handed due to Covid. I would of completely understood if they had people in line and it was busy. I will be taking me prescriptions to another pharmacy. I'm so done with this Walgreens. Wow, unbelievable

I don't normally have issues with the pharmacy here. I always understand when they are busy and not always friendly because of it but tonight was not ok. Tonight the girl that so called "helped" me was not acceptable!!!! She did not have a name tag on but told me her name was Maddie. She was very dismissive and rude. Had no patience and could careless if I had an issue with anything. I'm still shaking my head thinking about the way she spoke to me. I as a customer should not be talked down to the way this employee spoke to me. Sadly the pharmacist and 2 other employees heard her rudeness towards me and chose to just look away and not say anything. I was the only customer in line inside and outside so they were not preoccupied with other things either. Just sad that employees horrible attitudes and the way they speak to people can run a company's business!
