Super rude workers. Paid with the app and had a $0 balance. Worker said cash or charge and I wasn’t sure if he was joking around or what so I said sorry? And he just replied louder and angrily CASH or CHARGE. I said uhh neither it’s a $0 balance. No apology just an “oh you paid with the app.”

I don't appreciate being told to leave parking as a paying customer while on my 15 min break when I was only there for 10 mins. Rules stated 15 min customer parking only. The employee had no business being rude and disrespectful about it. Definitely not coming back.

Do not give this place your money and absolutely do not eat here. The staff is beyond nasty with rudeness, no ability to treat people with respect. Twice I've gotten food here and haven't felt good, never again.

On the weekends they have 1 person here that they didn’t train to be able to make any food. This was my first time coming here and I would never come back.

Went in today and was in a hurry the ladies took care of me and were super friendly, I also ordered a pizza and it was made on the spot warm and delicious!!I am not sure what the other nasty comments were about on the reviews but I have gone to this 711 for about 4 years now without any issues!

This is the only 7-11 in years of working in the field as a utility worker that has turned me away for heating up my lunch in their microwave. I always buy something after this time I was stopped in the middle and told to leave.

A very bad customer service experienced today,I don't even give a 1 star,I had thousands of points in my app I use those to purchase a coffee, And the lady said she was the store manager and she asked to open my phone and delete the app and re install it assuming me like a thief ,and after checking everything they don't even said a sorry to me ,this kind of service that you provide to your regular customer?

"Mir" treats her employees terribly by denying them overtime pay and she is prejudiced against non-Muslims. I worked here and had to quit. I worked two weeks of night shifts, including Christmas Day and Christmas Eve, and I was denied overtime pay. "Mir" said she was too poor to give me this. I was then scheduled for each following week to have two ten-hour night shifts, one eight-hour night shift, and six one-hour day shifts. I had no time to sleep. Even the retired CIA Agents who come here to buy coffee are friendlier than "Mir". And it is likely that they have done unspeakable things.

The most ignorant women in this store, and more than once! I think they are the owners. Even though it's close to home. I would never go back. Ugh
