Their customer service team was texting me at 11pm about a proof and justified it by saying it was only 10pm where he was at.
I don't want to hear about work shirts at 10 pm either.
Shirts came out fine, but the quality is lower than they lead you to believe. Hats were ok. The hoiodies are the thinest I have ever seen. Doubt they will be much help on a chili day.

Absolute waste of time. They messed up my order and left me in the dark through the whole process, I ended up wasting a month and ended up taking a refund since they couldn't supply the product in a timely manner. They don't answer phone calls but rather use AI to send a text out that doesn't actually solve problems. Avoid headaches and wasted time by avoiding Alien Prints.

Still haven't received my full shipment it's been a month since I've order. Designer was fast and helpful. It was inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.
