“Adrian is always quick to respond whenever there's an issue. When the cooling system went down overnight, he was at the door early to fix it. After completing the service, he checked three times to ensure everything was up and cooling properly.

“This building is safe, clean, separated from town within a highway corridor (really should be Avant Across The Highway Between the Arboretum), and corporate. About the corporate part: My rent jumped up 10 percent first year in, likely due to a RealPage AI algorithm the feds are currently prosecuting against as I type. This rent increase came in an automated email. I denied the offer, which gave me two weeks to decide before the price went even higher. This caused a human from the office to contact me for the first time ever in a timely manner. All my other emails went unanswered here, which is a whole other topic I'm not going to get in to. I think the office staff and janitors are good people, caught up in the same corporate system. For issues that concerned me, office staff said they would "go to bat for me," as if they can only help so much. At the end of the day, though, I chose it, and this is not a complaint but an observation. Still, I do wish I dug a little deeper and explored other options in the area more integrated with the town, where the landlord looks you in your eye, as well as your line on his spreadsheet.”
“One of the best places i ever lived. The staff was excellent Chris,Chrissy,and Ken. The Maintenance staff was great as well. Fermin leads that team. Everyone on the staff is courteous, helpful and cares about all the residents. I am really sad that i had to move out of state. Thornberry Woods in Naperville IL, treats you like family. The one bedroom was very spacious and you have your own washer and dyer, with a nice size balcony & storage closet. You wont go wrong with choosing Thornberry woods as your new home.”

Most residents are VERY nice and kind - many went out of their way to help mom in times of need. Almost like a family.
HOWEVER, there are a few residents who are enraged Democrats. Residents actively voice their hostile political liberal opinions during social events, pound their fists on tables while yelling their leftist radical rhetoric.. demonizing those who don't agree. Even their 504 social network platform (which is supposed to be for senior social activities and free of politics) are filled with extreme leftist opinions, hate and rhetoric - I have countless examples I can post if necessary. ONLY AFTER we moved mom out because of health reasons did I feel safe posting this opinion. Mom always sat quietly and meek on politics, NEVER voiced her opinions.
Conservatives, or those who are annoyed by extremism in politics should look elsewhere. Old Chicago liberal money live here. It's unfortunate political bullies ALMOST ruin it.”

“We moved to The Retreat at Seven Bridges site unseen. Elyse and Beth were wonderful! Elyse took a video of the apartment for us, so we could see it better. Once we got here we were so happy with our apartment! We knew we made the right choice. We had a couple of repairs, and maintenance was there the same day! We are very happy to call this home!”

“Yoshi is the best maintenance worker at Eagle Creek! He will get anything fixed in your apartment same day or shortly after. Been here for over 3 years now and had hardly any complaints with maintenance.”
“Samiras AWESOME!!!! She has went above and beyond to make sure all of me and my husbands needs has been met! She’s very knowledgeable on how the system works at Versailles and thanks to her, I have a complete understanding on how it works as well! Thanks so much Samira for all of your help and hard work to make sure our home was ready and to our liking! Not only is she very professional but she also has a great sense of humor. “I lived here for 3 years and I absolutely loved it. Travon Baker and the leasing team are always so helpful. Maintenance team comes and fixes things (I didn't have problems that often). The school system is AMAZING (District 303) and the Lisle Park Fistrict and Library have many things to offer. There is a park right next to the apartments, which is really nice. You will love it here.”
“Hello I would just like to express how pleased I am with management team as well as the maintenance team. They all are very friendly and always willing to help no matter how small the request Sam and Adrian in the office always ask if my apartment is alright or if I need anything done which I normally don’t. When I have put in a service request it has been minor and handled quickly and efficiently by Vince or Jerry from maintenance. I’m in a wheelchair and I don’t care if it’s as small as one of them coming lock and close my windows in the winter and come and unlock and open them now that it warm it’s never a problem. I recently noticed the rubber string was coming apart on one of my screens. Don’t know if it was from the winter or storms but it was quickly fixed and replaced. Thanks for all you do guys”
“Don’t understand all the bad reviews. We signed a 15 month lease and never had any problems with the complex. The front office staff is always helpful and maintenance was always quick. Neighbors were all quiet and polite. I really wish I could give this place MORE than 5 stars because they were such rockstars while we lived here. I will say the only dowside in my opinion was that parking could be a little competitive on my side of the complex by 75th st.”
“I moved to Westline about a year ago, and I have to say, I have had no issues whatsoever. Whenever I needed a service, the maintenance team was quick to respond. The management has been very professional, addressing all of my questions and concerns promptly. I was so impressed with how well the complex is kept clean that I renew my lease for another year.”
“I am not sure where the bad reviews about bugs, roaches, etc are coming from but that is completely FALSE!!!! I’ve been here since 2021 and LOVE IT…Yes I’ve experienced rent increases every lease renewal but I have a peace of mind here and that means everything to me. I pay for indoor parking and always feel safe. Yes they have rules but I love it that’s how you keep the place from chaos. I have a beautiful view overlooking the beautiful lake and my balcony is so relaxing. The leasing office and maintenance team ROCKS!!!!!!! I called about a heat issue and asked for weather stripping at my front door oh my goodness within 20 minutes maintenance was knocking at my door and handled my request expeditiously. The landscaping is BEAUTIFUL and they have so much to offer here. Yes it may be on the pricey side but they are worth every dime. Yes you can find something cheaper but remember you get what you pay for. I am getting SUPERB treatment here and I HIGHLY recommend The Towers.”

They answered all my questions and ensured that everything was going smoothly. Additionally, they promptly responded to a maintenance request I submitted, resolving the issue in less than 24 hours.
Every morning, I see them picking up debris and they always greet me with a friendly "good morning." I am grateful for their excellent communication and the respect they show towards residents. They make an exceptional team and I hope they keep up the great work.”

Writing this review to specifically commend Miriam and Marco who just helped me with an Amazon package delivery error. “We've been living here for 9 years now and we couldnt be happier. Since the new manager took over, we have seen many improvements. The staff and maintenance team were friendly and do a wonderful job. Whenever we need some minor repairs they come and fix it right away. I just have one suggestion for them if they could add exercise equipment in their fitness room. It is small and you have to wait until someone is done using the equipment. But overall, I would recommend this apartment complex.”

“We really like living in Orion Prospekt, everything is easily accessible, the apartments are clean and cozy. The pool is clean, everything is clean and beautiful on the streets,everything is thought out for children, a safe playground, roads are fenced so that cars do not pass and children ride bicycles, roller skates and scooters for fun,Thank you Orion Prospect”
