Overall great communication, great apartment cleanliness, and great atmosphere. Everyone I have met since moving in has been friendly. Having an app to open the the front door and to access the laundromat is pretty dope. Pretty spacious for a one-bedroom. I live on the third floor and the view is nice facing the city. Throughout the day/night, you can hear the cars and any noise on the street, but I dont mind that at all. Just something to note if thats something you would. Shoutout Admira! She’s a boss ??”

“UPDATED (5/12/26) Leasing office is great, specifically Traci - she addresses your concerns and has put a great effort into making this complex better since we have moved in; new gym, new hallways, and pool upgrades. We have appreciated her taking in our concerns & working with us. The only thing to look out for is the extra fees on top of rent - specifically the parking & wifi fees are very pricey, over $300 to park two cars (170$ per car) & 100$ per month for internet, 75$ amenity fee, but they do chat with you about that prior to signing your lease, just make sure you take note that your 2k rent will look more like 300-600$ extra per month. But overall, we enjoy the amenities a lot & the location is unbeatable. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for good amenities & a great location in downtown Wheaton!!!”

The complex is also well kept and has nice amenities. I really like living here and would definitely recommend Avant to anyone looking for a good place to live.”

“Our first tour of the place was perfect! It was so peaceful to tour the community and even the models were just as you see online (which is rare to find) I do got to say, Versailles does a great job at upkeeping the outside of the community! The management is awesome and truly kind and helpful even if situations come up. I have edited my review since moving in from 4-5 stars because this place is pretty great. There are ups and downs, of course like every place, but it is a safe community that does a beautiful job of keeping it clean and maintained! Also Christmas lights deserves a whole star! And I rarely ever hear neighbors on any direction, so that is such a blessing!”

“I just moved in a week ago, so I can’t really speak to the community, however, the condition of the apartment exceeded my expectations for move in. It had clearly been deep cleaned and painted. I wish I could have seen the actual unit prior to moving in, it was a little stressful not having any idea what to expect for the layout compared to the model unit I saw but thankfully it worked out in my case. Seems like a nice quiet complex, no complaints so far! Happy to call this my new home.”

“This five-star review is specifically for David and Mike on the maintenance team. When my heat stopped working late yesterday, David came out after hours to try to fix it. He stayed as long as he could working through the issue before explaining that he needed to get parts and would return in the morning. While he was here, he also discovered a leak in my water heater. As promised, David returned the next morning with Mike, and they had my apartment fully up and running before noon. Both were kind, professional, and thorough. They also made sure to clean up any mess and even wiped down my floor before leaving. I’m very pleased with their work and truly appreciate their dedication. Thank you, David and Mike!”

The location is great because you feel tucked away from the loudness and traffic but are still close to major roads and all the conveniences of Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, and Lombard. The management has handled any issues in a professional and timely manner.”

“This is an honest review based upon my 3 month experience: It's not a 5 star perfect experience, but It's definitely not a 1 star experience either. Based on the reviews It seems like it used to be worse years ago. Maybe they changed property managers or the staff got better? It's not some dream apartment, but its good enough. The signing process was pretty standard. The background check requirements weren't unusual at all. They look at your income, credit, your driving record and want some other forms of ID. They take a deposit. One important thing to know is that they will 100% tow you if your tag is expired, and paying for the parking pass is a pretty big deal. Do that right away. I believe I did get to see an apartment, but I had to ask a few times. They do not have a proper 'show apartment' other than technically the office. It was explained to me is like some of the floor plans. The property management and the front office did a great job and were friendly overall. I don't feel like they would ignore me if I contacted them. The things that I could see tenants having issues with: I will confirm It will smell like weed in the hallway. I live alone but I could see how that would be a deal breaker for some people with kids. I haven't seen any roaches or bugs in the apartment or anywhere in the building. There is definitely a trust system involved with the package situation. Fedex, amazon, etc will just leave your package in the floor in the lobby. I haven't had anything stolen, but be mindful of it. They do lock the lobby door, so someone that isn't a tenant probably won't get in. I haven't tried the heater but everything else works fine so far. Parking has never really been a problem. The shared utilities cost is very small. Laundry does cost money to wash and dry, but it is reasonable. I had a problem with laundry once because of flooding after really heavy rain, but everything was fine the next day. The AC is a little generous and I haven't really found the perfect setting yet. All the tenants have been chill and pretty nice. The hallway has never been really loud in my building. Over all, I can't complain too much. It's not perfect, but It's decent and the price is fine for the location.”

“We had a very smooth process from the tour to move in. We needed to find a place quickly, and the staff especially Brittany Hayes the person we worked with made that happen. We arrived a little late for our tour but they were nice enough to keep the appointment. We had our tour that Friday and was able to move in the following week. After being in the apartment for a few days, there were a few appliances that weren't working properly. We created a work order and maintenance was out the next day and fixed the problem. So far so good, thank you!”
