Unbelievably bad customer service. I called their range to ask a question about reservations and was brusquely interrupted and told to go read the FAQ - *click*.
I read the FAQ, and, finding it lacking, called back. I was again interrupted and told to read the FAQ but before they could hang up I mentioned I read the FAQ and didn't find my question. They told me to send an email and they would get to it "...when we find the time."
There are better locations that can actually provide a semblance of customer service.

Used a groupon for an introductory class and shooting experience. The instructor was knowledgeable and professional. I got a chance to try out a couple of guns and learned allot.

It was just an incredible experience. Being the first time shooter, the crew made it look an easy task. Chris and Nick were amazing with the training and other formalities.

I was most impressed when I went into Article II Guns Range. They are extremely knowledgeable about all of their weaponry. They actually educated me on a couple of pieces that I was interested in like the Hellcat and the Glock 43x. They are friendly, warm and it has a Clint Eastwood kind of feel!

Great location, ample of parking and welcoming front office staff.
Our instructor Edgar was amazing, he patiently explained us the basics and answered all our questions before letting us try our hands on the revolver and Pistol with Groupon deal.
I Would recommend this place for any newbie.

I had an excellent experience at Article II. The staff were incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and approachable from the moment I walked in. Whether you're a first-time shooter or experienced, they make sure you feel comfortable and are well-informed. They answered all my questions thoroughly, offering helpful tips and wisdom without being pushy. Their professionalism really stood out, and I appreciated how they maintained a safe and welcoming environment. I highly recommend this range for anyone looking for both a top-notch facility and outstanding customer service. Shout out to our instructor Nate, who explained things in a simple manner that was easy to grasp. As well as Greg who had many pearls of wisdom to offer to a newbie. I’ll definitely be returning!

Love the interior of the place. Gives me a old style gun store. I live about 40 minutes out but I enjoyed my first visit there. Will he looking to make more visits soon.
