Have been using Bill's since moving to Lombard 20 years ago. Bought a Mazda 3 years ago and haven't need them but now told by the dealer my front brakes were at 5%. Talked to Bill and decided to go with him since his price was better. He just called and told me my brakes were at 50% and I don't need them! I commend him for his honesty and integrity plus he's drops me off and picks me up when the car is done! I'm going back to my trusty neighborhood mechanic. A Lombard treasure! An old school mechanic that is honest and has integrity. Dropped my car off this morning for front brakes because the dealer said I needed them. Bill called within 30 mins to tell me they were fine. Thank you Bill and crew for saving me $800. You will always be my go to mechanics!

This place is absolutely fantastic. The service is amazing, Bill and his team truly go above and beyond not only to help their clients with fixes but explain the fixes. My husband started going to Bill's with issues with his radiator that two other mechanics couldn't figure out. They figured it out within an hour and had it fixed the minute the part came in. THEN we had a HORRIBLE experience with another oil change center that starts with a J and ends with IFFY, for the SECOND time they messed up the simple oil change on my car. Bill himself made the fix instantly AND provided my husband with industrial grade cleaner to get the massive stain out of our driveway. Really can't recommend this place enough!!!Services: Oil change
