Car rental counter experience was good, except she couldn’t update my reservation with my Budget number. Unable to activate media center so no map or even radio, and the booklet was only helpful if I knew what options came with the car (really, for even playing the radio.). Telephone service line was EXTREMELY unhelpful and it was impossible to get an agent. Will try another rental firm next time.

I went thru Priceline reserved a vehicle. Was told when I got there no cars were available. I was given a Nissan Rogue that was dirty with ball tires. It was all they had so I just prayed it didn't rain as I was driving the vehicle to Michigan and back the same day. While driving mid-way there a warning light came on saying the wrong tire size. I brought the car back the next day did a walk around with a young man who brought out the car initially. I record everything keep that in mind. Advised of the issue regarding the tires and the warning light that came on later while driving. He took note. I didn’t complain. Didn’t ask for a discount nor my money back. Several weeks past and I have yet to receive my deposit. Went in to inquire about it. And while waiting with two other customers inside this extremely small location. The clerk shouted out. Oh yeah You ain’t getting your money you was smoking!?? They had to send that car to the airport saying it can’t be driven. I replied maybe because of the tires and the warning light. I don’t smoke! I was so embarrassed. And in shocK. As the others customers who was ahead of me is hearing this.. and could form their own opinion of what they think I supposedly was smoking.I was so upset my body was shaking. I ask the rep if she would smell inside my personal vehicle, the same car I left at their location until I returned, to confirm you will not smell smoke. She was nice enough to do so, Even though she was fussing and irritated. But she confirmed I don’t smell anything. The gentleman who brought out the car and took the car in said clearly I wasn’t responsible. So now I am forwarded to a Kenya. A regional manager or something. And her deposition was egregious to say the least. She advised I would get my deposit.As I was not told about any smoking violations nor presented with any evidence of what they are talking about. However she took it personal that I mentioned to her that I’m a black man who take pride in myself and representing other black people. And didn’t appreciate being told in front of other customers that I broke a rule. When I did not. She’s also African American by the way. But was offended by me saying that and treated me less then human. In a way no other person outside of my ethnicity would have. Telling me I can’t go to any budget associated with her and that she has an extensive reach. Telling me she went to an HBCU and I’m playing the race card??!Note: the rep I was dealing with is black, I’m black and this Kenya is black. How I’m playing the race card among people of the same race!? I’m telling her I’m 50 years old. I just have respect for myself and want to be respected. And give respect. She used her position as a weapon all at the expense of budget. As I’m seeking legal assistance at the moment. I have not been refunded my deposit. Feels Like being robbed without a gun. Worst experience in my adult life.

I had a great experience, Vickie was super nice and very accommodating. Probably the best car rental experiences I’ve had. She got me the best price she could and treated us very well. Would highly recommend to rent a car from her.

Super impressed with my experience at this location! I was nervous about being able to get a minivan to drive the kiddies to Florida for Spring Break but Vickie put me at ease. She called about 2 weeks before my trip to check & make sure I still needed a van & let me know I’d be accommodated. The morning of pickup I called to confirm & she was already having the van cleaned, I was able to come a bit earlier to pick up. Vickie greeted me & even though we spoke only briefly a couple of times she knew exactly who I was when I walked in. Very personable! I received a SUPER nice Hybrid Pacifica w/leather, drove like a dream. Drop off was just as personable & pleasant with Vickie, she was very kind! 10/10 will be back next spring break if Vickie is still there! Hard to find a good customer service experience that reassuring especially during a high demand rental week like Spring Break. I never write reviews, but she should be recognized.

You couldn't find a nicer two people to help assist in getting you ready. Vickie and Jaulitana were super helpful and guided me through my options and help me understand what car I needed. The accomodated a slight tweak in my schedule and sent me on the road with a beautiful Durango with a smile. Thank you

The rental car was reasonably priced, clean and had low mileage, but most notably, dealing with Vickie was an absolute pleasure. From when I picked up the car, to when I needed to extend my rental (because the repair shop that was working on my car needed more time), to when I returned the car, she handled everything quickly, efficiently and competently and in each instance was consistently very pleasant to deal with.

I am so amazed at this location it’s under new management and when I pull in the lot lt looks amazing! Cars are clean! Service is Amazing! Overall I see this being my HOME LOCATION! ???

This Budget/Avis rental was great! I have been going to this location for over a year now, with all of my car troubles! Lilly was super helpful with me last year and I went in again and Vicky was there. She was knowledgeable, very helpful and knew her job! She was a great lady to talk to and she was so sweet! I will always rent from there when needed!
