Charged me for an item that never arrived. I kept trying to call and no one would answer. I was able to successfully dispute the charge through my credit card company.

The cabinets themselves are absolutely beautiful, but the customer service has been very disappointing. We invested over $20,000 into our kitchen and trusted Gerg’s expertise when he came out to take measurements. Unfortunately, when it came time for installation, one of the cabinets was significantly too short, which cheapens the overall look of the kitchen. On top of that, when we requested touch-up pens, we were told we’d receive a call back—but that never happened. After such a large investment, I’m truly disappointed with the lack of follow-through and the way we’ve been treated. Seems like all they care about is making the sale.

Wonderful quality cabinets, we are so pleased with the outcome. Staff (especially Bob) are so Incredibly helpful and have walked through every step of our kitchen planning process with us and helped us find ways to stay within our budget while getting the best kitchen cabinets possible. Super responsive in case of any questions, too. Highly recommend!

I called a couple of weeks back to find out if any of their cabinet lines had the specific features we were looking for. The woman I spoke to said she would check and call me back shortly. I did not hear from her. I called back in 1-2 days and she answered again. She said her salesman would be better to answer my questions but he was on the phone. She said he would call me once he hung up. I never heard from anyone.

Nice clean showroom. The radio advertisement got my attention but soon found that not exactly accuratePrices are comparable or higher then other competitors with closely matched products. I will keep shopping
