Had the worst experience with cashier named Wick at this location. I have been coming here since it opened and not once have I had a bad experience it has been my go to everyday.

I visited the Casey’s gas station on July 9 around 12:40am (Tuesday) to buy cigarettes. Every time I come to buy cigarettes, I show my TVDL as an ID. This time, when I was explaining to the cashier about the TVDL in a soft tone, he started raising his voice and said he would call the cops. This behavior was completely uncalled for and made me very uncomfortable.
I would like to ask Casey’s management if they accept TVDL as a valid ID for purchasing cigarettes. This would help avoid any future misunderstandings and ensure a smoother experience for customers.

Cashier lady don't know what the hell she's doing at this gastation. This place does fake advertising buy 2 get the third one for free and when you go to check out they try to charge you full price for each item and when you confront them they act like they do t know seriously screw this place naver again stepin in. Fake fake fake.

This is the worst Casey's. The never have enough staff to stock the coolers. I can see my drink of choice. Through the empty rack. I asked the cashier if I could grab the item from the cooler. His response was I will have to kick you out of the store or call the police. Really? Over a coffee? Mind you it's 430am and there was another employee working. I use to go here every morning for fuel and snacks for work.

Cashiers are rude, incompetent and junkies. Diesel pumps are always out of service, payment system is ancient and never working. Don't waste time filling up here.

Compared with speedway gas stations, Casey is A LOT BETTER by many many ways. Employees seem happy and polite. The store variety is large. Washrooms more. Why not 5 stars? The washroom was dirty but better than across the street speedway

Normally, this place is well above average. Today, while I understand that they were busy, the men's bathroom was horrific. The trash bins were overflowing. They handicapped stall had toilet paper everywhere and the regular stall had excrement all over the seat, plumbing and wall. That is unacceptable. If not for the previous interactions with this establishment, I'd have given them a one star rating.

They are cheaters. The price said 3.99 per gallon. After I started to fill up they change it to 4.39. Worst place ever especially for truckers. Cheaters they just stole my money $.40/gallon for 202 gallons.
