I just left this store attempting to purchase 3 for $5.50 sodas, as advertised and it's the same price every day. Well miss Gabrielle tried to charge me $9 and when I questioned how are sods that are supposed to be 3 for $5.50 ending up $9? She then scrambled like she had no idea what she is doing, tried to tell me it's still $9? I said no ma'am it's always the $5.50 as advertised, she then proceeded to tell ME to not get an attitude! I gawked at get, said forget it an left without purchase. I will not tolerate such awful treatment, so I told her to piss off as well. Terrible ass store! Pathetic really;

All I wanted was cash back and both of the cashiers acted as if they were confused about what I was saying....and one told me to use the ATM to get $15 cash back. Then I brought a cup of cookies that's what's on clearance and it was hard as a brick almost broke my tooth.

Train your employees. They don't know how to sell shell gift cards ? So stupid selling shell gas and donot know how to sell shell products. Shell Should fine this place.

Terrible place to go for anything really. Wasn't open at 1030 pm. Who closes down a gas station? Lol. Says it'll open at 6. Slushy machine has been out for months. Carwash is a disaster. Staff is sometimes friendly, occasionally has rude workers.

Has a terrible incident at Circle K Big Lombard location where me and my wife had gone to get a car wash at 3:55 pm on 12-27-2022. I followed all instructions and left my truck in neutral and foot off the brakes upon being prompted at the entrance. Truck was moving forward normally as it entered the car wash but just a little later we felt the car wash machine had jammed and tracks possibly misaligned which had caused the truck to steer right soon after we hear and loud bang. I kept honking to call for help and no one responded. Car wash kept running with the truck inside and rails jammed as no one responded to our plea for help. We finally heaved a sigh of relief as the car wash stopped and we drove out safely only to find out that the truck side step on the passenger side broke. This damage could have been worse.Circle K is not responding to my requests for compensation

This location has its ups and downs depending on who is working here. I usually just get my diet coke and use the automated Lottery machine. Too many problems dealing with some employees at this location even the female that parks in the designated handicapped spaces. Need some better management.

Sign reads 3.19 pump states 3.45 per gallon. Worker inside speaks no English. Is no help and tells me not my fault.not my fault. Don't get gas here rip off.

Whoever is the Indian lady that is working right now, she needs to be fired. Constant attitude towards customers because she's so busy on her personal phone. You have to physically hand her every item because she can't be bothered to reach not even a couple of inches so you might as well scan it your self. She threw out my receipt even though I asked for it and refused to print another. Really annoyed coming here.

Car wash doesn't work and assistant manager (Nancy- white lady) is very rude. She didn't even acknowledge it when I brought it to her notice. She said "don't come here next time, if you're not satisfied" It was all soap on the car even after going through the wash twice.
