This place is definitely the place to go. I have been taking my vehicle to the Lombard location and the customer service is amazing. They are honest and I have noticed that not only through my interactions with them but with others as well. I had taken my vehicle in thinking I needed new brakes but when I got there and they inspected my brakes they showed me that my breaks where good and still had a while until they needed to be changed out. When I take in my vehicle with any concerns I take it with confidence knowing I will get honest answers. So thank you guys! 10 out of 10 will send people your way.

Amazing Experience as a first time customer. Was referred to them from the ladies at advance auto after my car wouldn’t start in the parking lot. I got my car towed there and Santos was very helpful and calm and helped me out. They made the process very easy for me and was very informative about other things that will need fix but most importantly wanted to ensure I was safe leaving their shop! Amazing customer service and I will definitely be taking my car back for repairs. Thank you for making a stressful day a much better day!

Brakes and exhaust service were done quickly and at a reasonable cost. I like the text with photos of parts to be replaced and the explanation of why it’s needed.

Had my mom‘s car in there at the end of June spent around $2000 getting it fixed started making a loud noise recently took it back another almost $2000 in work was quoted.
We decided to hold off on getting it fixed had no idea there would be $180 charge to look at it. The charge seems pretty unreasonable considering the amount of money we have already spent fixing it there.

If you tag them for a Groupon oil change, go for it, it was a real sweet deal
HOWEVER, be VERY, VERY careful of their UPSELL. They are very unscrupulous about it and just tell you need services that YOU DO NOT NEED.

I had a truly wonderful experience here. I brought in my late father's car to have it checked and assessed for safe driving condition. Santos was incredibly kind and empathetic, taking the time to understand the emotional significance of the visit. He provided prompt, high-quality service at a great value. I felt genuinely cared for and this will absolutely be my go-to spot for all future auto needs.
