This is the closest pharmacy to my house, but I get much better service elsewhere. If you hear the exit doors beeping at you like you’re steeling something, it’s just to let you know that you’re on camera.

Either this CVS is not not open or there is a long ,long line orr they are filling a prescription for someone in the car line and it takes forever b Why can't have the person come back later or move their car over to the side so others can get through.

The pharmacy here sucks. No one answers the phone, they send everything to voicemail and then doesn’t call back. In person takes forever, tells you to wait but won’t say why and then there’s 5+ people “waiting” for god knows what after already waiting in line and giving all their information.

I will always return for my shopping needs at CVS, when needed, as well as for sales and savings.

My experience at CVS was excellent. Great customer service and receiving a 30% reward at the end were exciting!

Slowest pharmacy around. Avoid at all costs!

Young south asian pharmacist at pharmacy drive-thru was frowning and not at all smiling.
He lacked customer service skills and had an unwelcoming attitude. May be he was having a bad day.

CVS refuses to fill my prescription. It’s constantly put on hold and I have to call the pharmacy to confirm it. Even when doing that it still gets held up. If you have expensive medications, don’t use cvs. They create unnecessary hurdles for an already annoying process. This would be a 0 star review if I had the option.

Any time I come here, they mess up my prescription. I’m diabetic. It’s insulin. It never changes. And yet, they screw it up each time. Writing this while I wait for them to fix it AGAIN. Would definitely not use CVS but my insurance forces me to. Garbage.

I have a bad infection through a cut on my ankle. I also have a compound fracture in my back. I took the first available appointment to get in to see a doctor. I made sure the doctor put the prescriptions in before I left, which would give the pharmacy time to fill them. The doctor sent the prescriptions at 7:35. The pharmacy confirmed that they received it at 7:40 PM. The two prescriptions take about 10 minutes to fill. The two people at the window told me that they are closing soon and they refused to fill it for me. I told the blonde girl that I have a bad infection in my leg and she said sorry you need to drive up to Elmhurst. If you want it done we’re closing soon. I told her you had my prescription in time to fill it and a young boy refused to fill it. While driving all the way up to Elmhurst. I could not call anyone to verify that it could be filled just recording comes on to say leave your phone number. Will call you back and possibly an hour or the next day. Upon driving all the way up to Elmhurst. She’s feeling the prescription in 10 minutes. There was absolutely no reason that it could not be filled on Roosevelt in Lombard at the first site. Very very bad service. No compassion no caring about patience at all. Nor people.

Seriously your customer service need attention, phone calls is the biggest headache no one picks up the phone. I wonder why you guys have phone service when no care or bother to answer. .
Make sense why CVS AND WALGREENS ARE LOSING BUSINESS.
