Whoever the manager is that was on shift at 4:30pm on Friday 2/8 needs to be FIRED!!!! The way he was treating his staff was absolutely sickening and Lisa at the register did not deserve that, she was very professional and sweet. DO BETTER!!!! This location has lost my business, I’ll go to the villa park location from now on. These employees do not get paid enough to get disrespected by management the way they do.

Disgusting, Pathetic and Worst ever store i visited in my life, selling expired products and when I complained with Manager, he casually said, its ok, you are not gonna get killed with that....
This is ridiculous and shameful behavior, they are openly playing with the health of customers

I went to the dollar store this time at the Lombard location. I think this store is much bigger compared to the other dollar tree stores. Well I went and I found some bowls to match with the white & blue flower design plates, coffee mugs & placemats that I bought yesterday evening. At another dollar tree I went yesterday. There was this nice lady associate that helped me & took care of me earlier in the afternoon today. Her name was Genie. Thank you to her for being so kind & helpful. It was good that this nice lady associate helped me because I’m handicap now. I’m glad I bought some newspaper & thanks for helping wrap my beautiful bowls that I bought. I also bought some bouquet of balloons for Mother’s Day for my Mom & also a bouquet of balloons for my daughter too. They really have nice stuff to buy at this store. Good quality & good prices. God bless. I give Genie & this dollar tree store 5 stars.

Shopping here was a pleasant experience. It was organized, well stocked, and clean. There were no boxes on the floor, a cashier was on register, and employees were on the floor to help. It's infinitely better than the LaGrange Park location. No comparison.

I used to shop at this location multiple times a week & every time I shop here I feel uncomfortable. Who I assume is the manager, an older heavy-set gentleman by the name of George is always walking around aimlessly while screaming at the younger employees on the floor. Meanwhile I never see him trying to help them or explain what they are doing wrong, it gives the whole store an uncomfortable tension. Not to mention some areas of the store are completely destroyed while others look like they're perfectly stocked. I understand that it's difficult to hold onto good employees in this time but with a manager like that I can imagine why people don't want to work here let alone shop here. I've recently changed the location that I shop at to the location on Roosevelt Rd. where it is a much more pleasant experience to shop.
