Pre-ordered pizzas for my daughter’s birthday party. They were supposed to be delivered at 7pm. We got a notification that they were delivered, but they were not. We called, they apologized and said they accidentally marked it delivered- the driver was just down the street. 45 min later, no pizza. We called again. They apologized and said the order was delivered to the wrong house, and asked if we just wanted to cancel the order. Would have been helpful to know that the info the first time we called. Now we have a bunch of kids hungry and no pizza. Ridiculous

The Website is not allowing to leave a note for the cook, I would suggest to have some column where we can request a clean, cut note. Website is not clear.

I tried calling 8/22 at 11:00am, and the lady wouldn’t take my order. She answered once, but apparently didn’t want to take my order so she kept on hanging up.

And we continue to boycott this place when managers are supposed to make things right for their customers they definitely should take care of the customers I understand a lot of customers try to take advantage of a lot of businesses in this case it was never like that

I am so disappointed at this location I was a loyal customer at this location but moving on forward I decided to take my business somewhere else I am so disappointed I place an order yesterday for two pizzas I received the pizzas so dry it seems that it did not have sauce now keep in mind I order pizza from this location all the time yesterday when I tried to reach out to the manager at this location he just brushed me off and I told the manager that I was not looking for a free meal but at least replace my pizzas but I could not even get that done I tried calling you the corporate number and of course you cannot get through all the money that I have spent at this location throughout the months I ordered a ground beef Pizza and it was awful my second pizza was a sausage and pepperoni pizza which it did not even have sauce but it's okay I will take my business elsewhere people boycott this place find yourself a better location better service to the public this location has lost my business zero stars to you guys and thank you very much for taking consideration with a loyal customer

I've never gotten anything but the highest quality from this Domino's. Always done on time when I go to pick it up. They run a tight ship and I've never had an issue with the quality of their food.
