Jack at Elevate Sign Group was phenomenal. Communication was excellent, we were given a few options that were all reasonably priced, work permit was secured by them, and most importantly the final product was better than expected. Highly recommend Elevate Sign Group.

I just finished a major storefront project that included new signage and window graphics, and Elevate was a fantastic company to work with from start to finish. Not only am I thrilled with the final product, the kindness, flexibility, and customer service I received from day one through the project's end was over and beyond what I anticipated. They worked around my schedule, even accommodating some last minute changes during installation week with zero issues. Their prices are competitive, and they offered so much guidance along the way. Worth every penny, and I cannot recommend them enough!

We worked with Nicolette and the Elevate team on various signage projects (including dibond and vinyl) and couldn’t be happier with the results. She was thorough with taking measurements and photos and receptive to any changes throughout the process. The Elevate team also accommodated our specific scheduling needs as a public space, and we greatly appreciate that! We will continue to work with Elevate on future signage.

We were so fortunate to find Elevate, and they were able to quickly step in when we needed a sign company. They did a fantastic job on our church's new electronic sign. Our new parish logo and name are depicted perfectly. The electronic message board more than meets our needs, e.g., we only have the brightness set at 25%, and it is plenty bright for us. Elevate was also very helpful with a complicated process of obtaining permits. As the pastor of our parish, I highly recommend them.

First time small business owner. Jack at Elevate was absolutely wonderful to work with. Top-notch customer service. Every email I sent was replied to same day or the next day (very important when there are a lot of moving parts to starting a small business). As this was my first, Jack helped me design a sign that not only looked great but filled the space as much as possible for maximum visibility - producing several renderings until I could decide. He stayed in touch with my contractor to make sure all specifications were met prior to installation. Installation was on time and as scheduled. The results look exactly like the rendering. If you’re a small business owner and this is your first time -Jack/Elevate is an excellent choice.
