I had just had a gel manicure done with embellishments not even a week prior at home in FL & one nail was peeling. I had a wedding to attend & not alot of time or want to spend another $55! I called Q spa where I have been plenty of times over the past 10 years when I've been in town. I called & explained my situation, he said stop in & he'd take a look, I did & he said no problem so I made an appointment. After waiting, he came out & looked at my nails, I asked if he had this color, he said yes, but then realized I only wanted the one nail done then he became VERY rude, stood up and he kept saying NO they won't do only one nail even after I said I only come here when visiting my our my mom(walking distance) I said I'd come back next week for a mani & pedi He yelled & walked away from me. I left & called another local nail place & THANFULLY Jessica at Lexi nails took me in right away & did my nail matching it perfectly! I never would have found her if Q wasn't so greedy & rude. Today I called to book an appointment with her for for a mani & pedi. Now my mom & friends will go to her. She will get my business from now on a long with my referrals. NEVER say no to a customer no matter how little the job is, VERY DISAPPOINTED in Q😠 Being kind & not greedy gets you way more in life☺️✌️

Been here several times for gel manicures, a couple pedicures. Very friendly couple run the place. They always use clean tools. My nails last about three weeks. Would recommend.

I've been a loyal customer at Q-Spa Nails for over two years, and I can confidently say that they are the best in the business. The couple who owns and operates the salon are not only incredibly talented but also incredibly kind and welcoming.
Their attention to detail is impeccable, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that my nails look their best. The prices are incredibly reasonable, making it easy to treat myself to regular manicures and pedicures.
While you need to call ahead to make an appointment, they're always accommodating and do their best to fit you in. If you're looking for a nail salon that provides exceptional service and a warm, friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend giving Q-Spa Nails a try. You won't be disappointed!

I called about services and pricing and possibly making an appointment and I was rushed off the phone. I was informed that this salon does not do “fake nails” when I was asking for a soak off and an overlay. It seems to me from the review pictures that they do fake nails and they are advertising on Google that they do acrylic nails so I’m confused. The pictures are all from the salon’s web page on Google. Maybe it’s time for an update of services. I have GEL nails and I told them I was looking for a GEL MANICURE. I never mentioned once I wanted acrylics and it says on that the salon should be able to do both services. Take them off the internet if you cannot provide those services.

They really take care of my nails here. I had damaged nails from other salons and over time they have helped me get back to strong healthy nails. Won't go anywhere else.

Getting your nails done... there are so many choices, right? So why choose Q Spa over any other option? Because of the quality of their work and their great customer service. My manicure lasts longer than other places. I highly recommend this place.
