I highly recommend Ethan Allen for their quality products and excellent service. I was able to design my ideal living room sectional and their designers where very helpful though the process, though do be prepared for spending more than an hour given the amount of customization options on some of their pieces.
Furthermore, their delivery service was very professional and had zero surprises, thanks Arturo!

Love my bedroom pieces. This is my second EA room. Both were done with the expert help of their designer Dana. Delivery was outstanding. First guys had a little problem getting the dresser upstairs but figured it out. It was a but damp on the second Delivery and these guys took their shoes off and I did not ask them. That's so considerate.

Beware of the store in Lombard and the manager Paris! The delivery date is off by weeks and the delivery time will also be the latest. Instead of having it kept at the store like I asked because the date was even over the time that they said initially told me, the manager said they will charge me even more because they would have my bed go back to the original place and that I signed a contract (I never signed for a later delivery date than the initial delivery date). This manager, Paris, whose resolution was to contact my lawyer because I won’t get my delivery money back even if it’s their fault was rude and has no sense of customer service training at all. Who hired her I don’t know. I called the customer service and the Naperville store. They were better help of escalating the delivery.

I'm a long time Ethan Allen customer originally worked with Sue Sellers from the Skokie location for over 20 years. Sue furnished my home when I was married my sister-in-law's home my mother-in-law's home my parents home. Sue started the process last year helping me furnish my new home Sue did an incredible job. Unfortunately Sue retired before we were able to finish. That's when the collaboration started Sue help me connect with multiple Ethan Allen Designer's who helped me finish my home, but not with just custom brand new furniture, they helped me with my budget and looked at some of the clearance items, I'm so proud of my home. These designers from different locations worked together to help me, Maria Louise Smith ( Skokie, IL Store ) Dana Filzone & Maggie Heames ( Lombard IL Store ) Pam Carron ( Naperville Store ). Thank you everyone I'm proud to be an Ethan Allen customer I recommended your company to all of my friends and colleagues, and I share the name of these incredible designers with everyone. Thank you Ethan Allen for helping me though a very difficult time in my life and giving me a place to call home.

Maggie Heames is beyond amazing! We are so grateful for all of her help in furnishing our new home off a set of plans! Talk about expertise! Everything was beyond perfect. She was patient, attentive to details, listened and politely considered our irrational fears about doing everything remote and off plans. Bravo, Maggie! You are the best and we are so lucky to have found you!

Such a beautiful sofa! Always thought EA was for more traditional furniture. Was pleasantly surprised to find your mid century modern line. Such a pleasure to be sitting on firm, supportive seat cushions. The 14 year old sofa it replaced got to point it felt like I was sitting in a canoe. My lower back thanks you.

Poor poor poor poor customer service. Do not go to this store. My items were supposed to be delivered in January . Did not come. I had to call to find out what was going on. A negative review got results. With the the supply chain issues you will have to wait a long time for furniture. Save your time, money, sanity and do not shop here.

3/1/2022I give this store zero 0 stars. You would think if you put down a deposit of thousands of dollars for furniture that you have to order and will pay thousands more that may be there would be good customer service. But no, zip, zero, customer service. I ordered in September 2021. I was told that due to supply issues would not receive until January 26, 2022. I understand and I waited. january 26 and did not hear a word. Not a call, text, or email.I waited a couple weeks and called. Told should be here end of February.On said date, no communication again. Called again and now not until April!Do I wonder if there will be any communication in the coming months?So, I wonder is the lack of customer service due to the fact I am a woman who makes a good salary, or the fact I am a woman of color or that I am an ethnic minority?BUYER BEWARE!!! THIS IS A NO GO!!They made me give one star.I found other reviews posted in Yelp that have the same experience of bad customer service
