I live in a townhome. Six units share 1 washer and two dryers. I have been calling since February 17 to service broken washer. March 2nd, still no response; washer still broken. There is no way to speak to a live person, only leave a message. This is The Worst service ever.

I was charged twice for laundry I didn't use the machine is not accepting my credit cards. Refund $1.75 to my US Bank card.

Awful experience, machines constantly out of service, and I always get charged a 15 dollar credit when using the machine and have no idea when the money will be refunded. Terrible company
