Very rude and very unprofessional. They do the bare minimum to get the job complete. They love blaming everything they CANT do on cooperate. The fruity guy that works there has a terrible attitude.

Had a complex printing and faxing job. They handled it with ease. Every question/concern I had was addressed. Jon was completed exactly as described.
Will return to this location for all my other office needs. The staff is awesome.

This is the only FedEx I come to and I’m no longer printing or packaging anything from UPS. They have an abundant verity of paper and qualities to fit cater to each product. Andre took time to talk through different sizes and types of paper for my prints and I left very satisfied. It feels like a small business!

5 star service at this FedEx! I actually always come here because it’s so convenient and the team who works here is so nice and helpful. Andre is always so friendly and even double taped my packages for me today. Seriously the best shipping team!! :)

I'm very disappointed how the store manager Ken was unfriendly, no people in line or anything, he's reaction to me shipping a package was totally unfriendly, would not even acknowledge, not even say good morning.

Abrina W. was absolutely amazing and insightful. I would give her 6 stars if I could. I had a pretty difficult order to print out. She solved my problem and was extremely patient and polite. She was fast and the printouts are impressive. We truly need more people like her. It's rare you receive fantastic customer service these days. If she hasn't been promoted already, now is the time. Not even joking. Give her a raise. Thank you again!
