Service rep didn't know about the July 15th 5 3rd internal memo, which no longer allows under 18 years old able to use Zelle. Also, the Zelle transactions failed, and still took $500 out of my account. Plus the phone numbers do not work to the local or Mastercard account.

I'm still deciding about 5/3 as a whole, but i was looking to move all my business from a competitor to 5/3. I got a mortgage online and that guy was great, but it went to this branch to close. the person i worked with there had no clue, it was like they hadn't ever seen an application before. we got everything signed and on disbursement date i called up and they said there was a couple of incorrect things (big surprise i guess), and they let the branch know within hours, that was 5 days ago, and the branch never followed up to get the correction. Looking back, i should have read the reviews before i picked this branch. I'm second guessing moving my business here, i've asked for a call from the branch manager, lets see if it actually happens and what their excuses are. Do not do any loans or closing at this location or it will be a nightmare of chasing them.
update: no reach out from the manager. I had to go back to the branch to pick up some checks and no one had any clue. rather than being reassuring and attempting to find out, it was alot of 'i dont know what you are talking about'. Eventually someone from their corporate emailed them and called them, and finally got it resolved, but what a mess. and their 'owner response' is copy/paste nonsense. no manager has ever tried to reach out to me. No one cares. I recommended whole-heartedly to stay as far away from this branch as possible. They don't know their own processes, they will mess up paperwork causing delay and confusion and they will NEVER, EVER, follow up with you.

Great location while shopping at Yorktown mall. Friendly and helpful staff! Lost my driver's license in parking lot and bank immediately contacted me. I highly recommend this branch!

Tia is the sweetest teller, she always recognizes me whenever I stop in and she’s always so welcoming and sweet!! James is also great, he’s helped me open my account and fix a few issues with it, and when the tap on my card wasn’t working he got me a replacement card. Love this location!!!

It’s no wonder this location has two stars. I’ve been banking at fifth third with my business accounts my personal accounts, my loans for 20+ years. Today I go in to take a withdrawal and the teller Maddi, says I’m not comfortable giving you your withdrawal, you can try another location! I was beside myself. Trust me, I have plenty of money and all the accounts Of course, there was no manager there. Not to mention the sarcastic remarks she gave me. Fine call him, she said, sarcastically and saying …not a problem. Have a great day.So I go to another branch. 3 miles away. Got my withdrawal. No questions asked! Do not go to Yorktown location. They have no idea what they’re doing and their customer service is zero.

Absolute horrible customer service. I went in for a withdrawal. I have several checking savings not to mention all my business accounts with Fifth Third. I gave the teller my check to withdraw cash. She says I'm not comfortable giving you the cash. What are you using it for I go? That's none of your business. She's like you can try another location I was beside myself. Not to mention the sarcasm she gave me.I go to the next location 3 miles away go in no questions asked got my withdrawal was out in two minutes. Yorktown fifth third bank is the worst and I will leave as many bad reviews as I can.

Worst bank around. Do not open or do business with them. Customer service is the worst, call the 888 number?.. make sure you have extra some time, you will be on hold forever before connecting to an actual person. When you do reach someone they are clueless. Always some type of hold or fee and they basically tell you it is what it is. Not a customer oriented company like they advertise.

this bank is a joke. Do not open an account with them. They always have some kind of fee or hold On your account. when you question it the basically tell you it is what it is, no apology or offer to help. plan on calling their 888 number? Give yourself at least an hour.

Came here to use the atm, atm is blocked with an employees car had to go inside fill out a withdrawal slip then stand there while personnel took care of drive thru customers completely ignoring myself and the other lady waiting

Opened up checking account on the 21st of February. Never received our debit cards. Went to bank and they wanted to charge me and my husband 30.00 each to expedite them. What a joke. Don't bank with them.

Super helpful with whatever banking needs I throw at them. I opened my first account here a few years back and they have earned my loyalty. I don't know who to thank individually they've all been all stars to deal with in my book. Leen, Steve, Sam, Binoy and the whole team go the extra mile when it comes to customer service thank you guys!
