Employees working 1/9/25 were very rude , blonde worker kept cutting me off and not putting my information correctly when i provided for my account points, kept saying i do not have an account when i do.

The three person staff was very laissez faire and did not give me the right amount of attention for it being super slow in the store. I was in line waiting to check out and the person ahead of me seemed to have a larger order so it was taking more time than most transactions would which I understand happens sometimes. The cashier therefore was not at fault but one other staff decided instead of opening a register to check me out or say I'm sorry for the wait we appreciate your patience to instead go flirt with the FedEx man. A third staff member also did nothing to help, she walked past me totally oblivious so I ended up leaving without making a purchase because I felt so ignored. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but it did leave me feeling quite annoyed and I wanted to voice my displeasure.

rude ass workers especially the blonde with lashes and the short dark haired girl. walked in today with all workers chatting giving absolutely none of the customers any attention or asking for help which whatever idk im not a karen. i seen uggs that i’ve been wanting so i go to ask one of them for help n they all keep chatting while i’m just awkwardly standing. then 2 of them, blonde w lashes and dark haired girl give me the dirtiest look w out asking if i need anything. then when i ask about the uggs ON DISPLAY BTW. blonde looks me up and down and says we don’t have those. then other girl gives me a dirty look arches her eyebrows and says what’s on display is what we have that’s it. then rudely looks away. disrespectful and rude way to speak to people. i swear i’ve never given a bad review but that was pure mean girl behavior and it’s not cute. i hope whoever corporate is speaks to them about their attitudes bc idk why i was being treated like a burden. walked out without buying the shoes i wanted just because of their rude attitudes. thanks to the short girl w curly hair and black girl very sweet and ACTUALLY answered me in a NICE way. not a very good look to have as a first time costumer at yorktown jd.

As a regular I purchased some Nike gym shoes when I got home they were 2 different sizes came back for an exchange Manager Obed and employee just laughed it off no apology at bare minimum gpt.the correct size and was told have a great day wow double check your purchase.

I went to this location for an exchange Tuesday night and can honestly say the two women behind the register were not only helpful, but kind, accommodating, and had great personalities. They were busy but fast paced, they took care of all the customers around, and they made a great tag team. Such wonderful staff.

Horrible experience. Rude staff, should permanently shut this store down. They had some blazers on sale for $45 I told them I wanted so when I was paid they charged me the blazers for $85 I ask why if the tag was $45 so they started saying that was a tag for a day before and the sale was over but they forgot to remove the tag and I told them It wasn’t my fault. I talk to the manager and the same she had a really bad attitude same as rest of the staff. Never going back

I bought 2 pair of shoes from finish line, for someone reason not like it . I want back to store to return them but store manager said you take store credit we can not give you money back ,, plus such a rude attitude they talk without respect ????

Just left. Horrible experience. Rude staff, should permanently shut this store down. Nike should pull products from this location. When you feel like the service is better online with no workers than on a physical store, there is an issue. No wonder brick and mortar stores are closing.

I purchased a pair of Nike women's shoes on 08/12/22 I went back to the store on 08/15/22 and was told I could not return the shoes because they had been worn and they were damaged. I had not worn these shoes, I got to try on one shoe during my visit at the store, and when I purchased the shoes I was wearing a pair of socks I borrowed from my mother that are very thin socks. The socks I normally wear are cotton and thicker. I had to borrow socks because I had been staying at my mothers home to stay separated from my husband because he was positive for COVID 08/04/22. I did not go anywhere with the new shoes, when I tried putting them on back at home I could not get the shoes on. I chose to return them because I can not keep wearing thin socks. Melanie, supposedly a manager at the store, did not want to return my shoes. She said they were worn and damaged because the sole of the inside of the shoe comes up. I was unaware that even came up. When I checked their display shoes those soles also came up. I tried explaining that to her and she was very rude and would not do anything to fix the issue. She told me I had to call customer service if I had an issue and maybe they would refund me but she could not refund only exchange. I called while I was in the store, and was not able to resolve the issue. Melanie's coworker looked at the shoes and did not think they had been worn, she also stated the fact I had just bought them 2 days prior. Melanie should not be working in customer service. I will also be filing a complaint with Finish Line corporate office.
