I went in because they had a great 20% off sale on summer apparel (so they advertised) It all rang up at $139.01. I asked if there weren't any discounts and the young man said no. When I asked the another associate he said that there was a sale but was going to need to call a manager to confirm whether or not each of the articles was summer apparel. What a waste of time!!!

just dropped my stuff off at the donation center. told the guy, old man named john, i had never done it before so i didn’t know how the process worked. “well it ain’t rocket science 🙄.” then he’s throwing things (like, not dropping — THROWING— at the bottom of the bin. i said, “just so you know, there is glass in some of those.” he said, “well SO BE IT!” idk what his problem was but i will NOT be donating anything here again.

The prices at this location are always so unreasonable. Any name brand item is automatically $9.99 even with stains and tears. This needs to be addressed. I will not be shopping or donating here

Compared to most other Goodwills I've been to in the area, this particular location consistently puts and leaves out items for sale that are significantly damaged, missing essential parts, or dirty, the store is often disorganized, and workers seem to lack direction or training. You can still find things here, but you'll likely do better elsewhere, and in less time.

When I went to register to paid for 2 items . The total was $20.25 and I wanted to pay cash . The cashier (an old man) asked me if I want to round it up . I responded what do you mean ?He answered me ! If you wants to give me $ 21.00 dollars and rest goes for me to get lunch . Meaning $0.75 goes for his lunch. I said to him why do I want to give you 0.75 more , when my total is $20.25 cents . After he painted at the sign of Rounded up in front of his register. The sign does not mean that the rounded up cents to a dollar goes to a charity or for some kind of donation wood will is supporting. . Do not round up to the nearest 100 of a one dollar bill. Say no at the register. Later I Herd the next cashier telling a Customer if you are undecided yes press yes (green button ) meaning agree to the rounded up . Goodwill is stilling from us . Say no to the rounded up when you get to the register. If your total is $20.25 , you just make sure you pay that only. Do not rounded up to $21.00 dollars . Those .75 cents is not going to a charity is going to their pocket of goodwill. Say no at the register.

Prices have gotten so out of control that it is shameful. You get donations for free. Yes you have staff that you have to pay for but the price is for things for example a candle that’s been used that probably was originally five dollars. You guys are asking for five dollars mind blowing and just beyond shameful

I usually find something every time I go. The clothes are way over priced. You can get a new tshirt for 5 and goodwill wants 7 for a old worn one. It is nice exploring but not the same goodwill with cheap discounts like it use to be

Great store but the customers need to realize they are customers and not bosses and save the bossing for your loved ones because people outside of your home don't have to put up with you

I came in to buy a few pieces of clothes, but the staff was incredibly rude. They kept knocking on the door while I was changing, even though they had just put me in there. I hope in the future they'll treat their paying customers with more respect.

It’s a good place for donating items I no longer use. It’s located on the far left for donations. Service was quick and efficient. Employee was pleasant. If you wanted to go shopping, their parking lot is adequate. I can’t comment on the shopping experience since I don’t buy items here.
