I bought my kid some overalls and the buckle fell off after 2 washes. H&M doesn’t do returns on washed items. Just be aware that the product may fall apart after 2 wears and there’s nothing they can do for you.

Love the store, and the layout & merch has gotten better than years past. But the music is ridiculously too loud. Like Club level. My friend and I couldn’t even talk. We left. And I intended to purchase. Don’t run away business because your clerk is not considering customers. Management, step in and set a comfortable level as background music. Not bass slamming your eardrums. Good music doesn’t have to be extremely loud.

Good selection of clothes however, went to make a return and the cashier immediately refused us and was rude about it due to not having a physical receipt had it on my phone and showed her and she didn’t even glimpse at it. Went to the H&M in Oakbrook and they had great service looked at the receipt and made the exchange painless. Don’t want to go through that cashier here again

I shop at h&m often and they never disappoint they always have some clothes I'm very much still in love with although there stuff is on the pricey range they make up for that price with the quality of the clothes overall I have no complaints and good place to check out

Decent store! You can find some real hot grabs here every now and then. Pretty expensive like other stores most of the time though. Bought these two really nice formal shirts for 40$ and I thought they were an absolute steal.
