2 stars because the Christmas stuff they had left over for sale was broken. Why would they sell broken items? I should have took pictures for this review.
Had lots of empty aisles and I understand it's early to out spring stuff up but it was all in totes on the shelves.

I went in a day when there was a 90% off sale. I feel like the manager did a horrible job navigating the lines and definitely did not have sufficient staff to handle the sale.

Tried to return some things after Christmas that I got as gifts and the woman who helped me was unhelpful and rude. She talked to me like I was stupid and as if it was the end of the world to return something without a receipt. It wasn’t.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, the store was full of AI “art” and junk. It costs $0 to be kind, but apparently lots to buy “art” with no soul made by a computer.

absolutely horrible customer service and deceptive signs!
I was very excited because my friend had told me hobby lobby was having a sale on yarn and crochet thread, she had been there and gotten her stuff on sale, all of it was 30% off...
I went up, and yes, the signs are up all over the yarn and crochet thread area advertising the 30% off! I get to the front to check out and SURPRISE! it's NOT 30% off despite the fact that I showed them that their signs say 30% off! They were absolutely horrible to me and argued with me, REFUSING to honor their own sale! I even called the manager and he had a bad attitude just like the staff at the checkout!

Only shop here if absolutely necessary. Their christian fascist policies are a big turn-off for me as is the christian music they feel they just have to play in their stores.

Always a fun place to shop for holiday items as well as accessories for the home, crafts, garden, and more. Plus something is always on sale for 50% discount or less.

I like the sales they offer here as well as variety of merchandise. The negative is that there is almost always a long wait in line.

Today confirmed we are done with Hobby Lobby. Heading to Michael’s for our craft needs. Always a long line with 1 checker. Employee standing in front didn’t seem to be able to help, when my husband asked. I was only doing a return.
