Last week, clearance sales were everywhere in JCP. I know consumers aren't shopping here like they used to in the 90's, but I found some hidden gems. They still have some great brands, like Liz Claiborne and Haggar. I got a $275.00 overcoat for $43.99. My daughter bought a $100 puffer jacket with a hood for $24.49. It's worth a look in all departments.

I haven’t been to a JCPenny in years. They are desperate for customer and were all but begging me to sign up for their credit card after repeatedly telling them I’m not interested. Terrible customer experience.

Awful place. Tried to make a return in store. The item has a stain on it. It is over the 60 day return policy, however the item has a stain on it. Tags are on. I have never worn it, never even tried it on. So it seems exceptions should be made. No one is helpful. In fact some of the staff is rude. They do not answer the phones. When they did they hung up on me. Very bad experience. Too bad because I love the stylus line.
Jennifer is completely unpleasant and condescending. Unfortunately she is who you have to speak to.

Came here to get some clothes for a wedding. I was not sure what shirt size i needed, and asked an associate named bob who usually works online and curbside orders. He was wonderful. Measured me and picked out my clothes. You dont find helpful staff like him anymore. Thank you bob!!!

I went to pick up an order via curbside and waited over 20 minutes, despite there being no other customers for curbside pickup. Ultimately, I left without receiving the item.

Who has a store that acts as an entrance to a dog friendly mall that doesn't allow dogs? I literally only came here for that since I could shop while out with my dog.

I had an exceptional experience while purchasing items in the women's clothing dept on Sunday 10.20.24. When the total was presented, I questioned if the discounts (I thought I saw posted on the racks) was applied. The cashier, Veronica nicely responded that the coupon I was referring to, did not apply to these specific items. However, she then kindly went to each rack to double check for me (without being asked) AND suggested that I check the website for a 20% coupon which would apply to all of my items. As it turns out, I misread the signs on the racks but did easily find the coupon that Veronica referenced. She demonstrated human kindness and a natural willingness to ensure a great customer experience. Many thanks Veronica! You make this world a better place!

I called the number on the back of my card to get the address to mail my payment in . The number went directly to Synchrony Bank. The person who answered the phone did not answer my question all she did was give a sales pitch, which I hope I did not sign up for. She gave me an 800 number that took me to Direct TV.

The prices and sales were great. The employees were friendly. But the racks were disorganized and the sizes were tricky to find.

Great location. We'll stocked. Clean store. Friendly cashiers. Staff was dressed to part although a lot of business need to go back to the professional dress business dress code. Lots of parking. Good sales on clothing. Need more sale items on household items.
