Would give aero stars if I could. Every other month I receive mail from this agent and company addressed to someone that hasn't lived at the address in over 14 years. I return the mail to the office with clearly marked that the recipient does not live at this address and to remove them from the list. I have even called the Customer Service and Fraud departments as well to know avail. New mailings still continue to come. This agent and company DO NOT CARE ABOUT PERSONAL IDENTITY and only care about book of business. AVOID!

Jeff has always been reliable, easy to contact and very open to assist in any questions or concerns I have. His office staff have been equally prompt and courteous in any and all dealings I've had with them. Most notably, and the basis for me taking the time to complete a customer review online is with Christina (Licensed Insurance Rep). Her prompt follow-up on a Friday evening and time and attention given to my inquiry was a template for how customer service is done. Do yourself a favor and get the best value for your dollar with the best insurance provider and agent around.

I have been using Jeff for over 15 years and I'm so satisfied with his services. I can call at anytime and get my questions answered quickly and promptly. I have a daughter who just turned 16 that he offered to talk to about safe driving now that is going above a beyond to make sure our teenagers are safe. I love his staff their always friendly and helpful, Christine is a joy to talk to. I wouldn't change agents because I know Jeff always helps me with everything I need. I highly recommend his services to my family and friends all the time. The best part when you call a human answers the phone, you don't get that very often anymore. Great Job Jeff, keep up the great work! I'm very thankful to be his customer.

My family and I have been a client of his for many years, we had no issues until we started adding cars to our home where is poor office staff could not handle the additions and messed up the whole account, charging more, crediting back wrong drivers on wrongs cars and to this Day is still completely screwed up but we have been dealing. Now they have been trying to charge me again for something that has been paid because they can’t match up anything in their accounts. Overall this has been a horrible experience and will be moving to a different company when this policy ends. Customer service is horrible, office staff don’t know what they are talking about, and the agent himself doesn’t want to deal with anything and push it off on everyone else.

I have been a customer of Jeff Wilcox's State Farm office for over 30 years. Jeff does a wonderful job, as does his staff. I appreciate Jeff's efforts, both on claims and in having his staff send reminders. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jeff to any friends or family. They provide excellent service and State Farm is a great insurer.

I was with him since November and never Received an Insurance card only a temporary card. I canceled today because I was tired of feeling unwanted. Their are plenty of other companies to give my money to.
