Will definitely recommend everyone to stay clear of this place after they failed a simple oil change and had me leave with it leaking. I come back in a month they charge me full price again and its still leaking. Terrible.

There was some creep there who was asking inappropriate/weird questions, like the first thing as soon as I pull in 'aw why are you sad? You should be happy'. Like, I'm just here for an oil change? Why are you starting off with that? Acting as if i should be smiling at you? Why? Youre a random man i dont care about?
And then when I'm telling him 'i'm not, its just my normal face', he cuts me off, as if he didnt just ask me the weirdest unprompted question, and asks the normal question of why i came in. He goes on to continue being weirdly hospitable while also brushing me off. When i asked for a quote, he brings it and explains the charges very hesitantly, despite it having literally only 2 things on there, as if i might have a problem with it. I nod and say ok, he asks me 'is that alright? Its what you paid last time', i nod and say mhm, wondering why he expects me to remember what i paid over 2 years ago, and he asks again, looking genuinely like i might have a problem with it, 'are you sure?'. I say 'yes' clearly, bc hes clearly not getting the message and i have no idea why.
The guys in the garage were also all calling him 'boss' and 'yes, sir' like henchmen. I dont know if thats by choice, but considering the weirdo's behavior towards me and im assuming other women, it very well might not be by choice.

They used the wrong oil then told me the one they used was better. Charging me for an oil that was twice the amount of the proper one. I feel like someone that didn't know their car would have no idea and later not even realize that the oil they got is actually doing more damage than if they hadn't gone to jiffy lube.

Got an oil change and they forgot to screw the bolt on the bottom of my truck. Oil is spilled all over my new concrete driveway. Thanks, will not ever going back to this location. Also talked to my buddy and they didn’t screw it either in his dad truck and that car got messed up. For 119$ oil change I expect better I understand that they were short staffed but damn….
