I have been a customer in the past. I this year delivered to them 3 days a week for months now. Not 1 flirt. Not one rude look, offered to organize box numbers for them to help make there job inventoring easier, not even a single disrespectful gesture. I saw a nurse that apparently work here for her second job. I said im shocked you have time and that your body isnt to tired. Just as a observation/ curiosity said out. Nothing rude there. Next day im getting told theres complaints of me talking about multiple people, flirting, etc. I wont ever be back as a customer and im telking all my friends. Karma will come not funny to lie about others. Could of lost my job over a lie

Went to look for new shoes and was greeted by the staff and helped with all my needs. Was told that they didn’t have the size I needed and was helped by Madison to order the shoes to my front door! I totally recommend this store!

Thank you terri! I was worried I wasn’t going to get my Uggs on time! I originally ordered them from Hodgkins online and was told they most likely come after Christmas BUT I GOT THEM TWO DAYS LATER!!! I only had crocs to wear after my pregnancy, so ty!!!

Terri was absolutely amazing during sale today, and took time to lace up shoes for my sister for an extra long time to make them look perfect. The best costumer service I have ever had in a shoe store.

I went to this store with my daughter and she tried on a pair of converse high-tops. The employee brought out a size 1 for her to try. I actually had him confirm the size 1 was a good fit. They didn't have them in stock so he ordered them. At that point I felt he would know the size since brought them out and also cofirmed the sizing with us. Well he ordered a 13. So now Journey's tells me my only option is to return by mail and wait for check to be sent for my refund OR drive to a store which is about a 30 minute drive to return. Both not great options. If you shop here and they need to order to be shipped, be sure to check the size they order or be prepared to spend lots of time completing a return.

I understand that i came in 30 mins before closing however there was no need to one take the display shoe from me, while sweeping throwing the garbage towards me and my kids, and hit me with the broom. And this goes towards one individual in specific that seemed to be the closing manager. The other two girls were really sweet and helpful! Despite the individual whispering something about us to the girl that was taking care of me. And i know it was about us because she kept looking our way. The girl that helped us rolled her eyes and ignored her and continued to give us the best service!

On Tuesday I came into this store and the whole time I was in the store "Angel" made me so uncomfortable. She kept asking about what I was doing that day and she even reached into my shopping bag to "see what I got". I felt like I was being racially profiled and felt very uncomfortable in her presence

One ugg in the box? Full price. Can’t buy them. The manager tried to sell me a size 9 left and size 8 right. I stopped him and advised him how sad this experience was. Also brought me the shoes I did not ask for. Odd. I’ll spend my money somewhere else. I had to ask him to call around to find the shoe... it’s been 15 min and still no results. I won’t post his name because I have a soul. Gtfo.

Markie was so attentive for us as we didnt know what size Docs for my friend we had great conversation and fun on our visit. I found a sale item I couldn't refuse. And my friend found the boots she so deserves! Great shopping trip! Thank you Markie!
