What he ability to deal with Sultan Matariyeh, the finance manager and found it to be a no stress experience. Sultan was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process. He made sure we read and understood all the required material about the automobile. He gave numerous options on every required item and explained the good and potential downside of each. I highly recommend working with Sultan as he is truly customer oriented.

Jovani and Larry were great to deal with. They took us through a seamless buying experience. They both have incredible knowledge about the vehicles and they give you both the positive and negative on everything. I had a very disappointing experience at this Toyota dealership when inquiring about the 2025 Camry. The three customer service representatives were extremely rude and unprofessional, paying more attention to their phones than to me. When I asked for information about the car, one of them rudely asked if I was actually going to buy it. Despite my interest, their dismissive responses and lack of engagement made me walk out, deciding I was no longer interested. This is the second time I've encountered this poor service at Toyota. Other company dealerships I've visited have been respectful and value their customers' time, but Toyota seriously needs to improve the attitude of their staff.
